Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. The view was great, the room was wide and clean with a fancy bathtub. Thank you Shanaya for making our stay unforgettable.

is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and nature. cabins were big enough for the two of us and done really nicely. note for some, there is no hot water for showers in the cabins. we loved it and the night life there has plenty to offer.

The place is cool, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the facilities are good, starting from food, swimming pool, house shape & greenery, and free wifi is really good. It's just that there should be a toilet near the swimming pool for changing rooms. The rabbit cage was also being renovated at that time. Friendly staff. Service is okay. It's just that the hotel should have a canteen selling cigarettes, snacks or casual clothes, house dresses, souvenirs, fruits & vegetables from the garden or those that are in season in Malang, and others. I came with 4 of my children, food was free for the children. Thank you very much. And check in is around 12 midnight but check out is given flexibility until 1 pm. The point is it's really recommended.

The service is very good and friendly starting from the security guard, receptionist, to the escort to the room using a shuttle (ready 24 hours). The resort is well-conceptualized, the door has a smart lock, smart TV, water heater in the bathroom complete with amenities to a hairdryer, and a water heater for tea/coffee. The room is clean and always fragrant, there is AC and a balcony in the Ranggawuni room type. Public facilities such as the swimming pool are also equipped with a clean bathroom. The natural scenery around it is very beautiful, there is also a river below. Admin is fast to respond if we need something. If only there was a bathtub in the glamping type, it would be even more exciting, but my first experience was very enjoyable, very satisfied with my staycation at Shanaya, hopefully I can come back again another time. The door is right, even when it's locked it can still be opened. There are still gaps that can be peeked in.. Some of the food is stale, fried vermicelli, I told the officer but they just smiled at me.
