The room is very spacious. We stayed at the twin room deluxe. Each bed was very big. I don't think it was single bed, because it was quite too big for a single bed. It was occupied by my 3 girls. Anyway, really enjoyed staying here. Hope to come back soon β€οΈ

Thank you Sheraton for the hospitality during staycation. The hotel next to the Gandaria City Mall only few steps from the entrance door. They also provided great food for breakfast with great services from the staff. Smooth check in and out, quick response and always smile. On that day there was a wedding with great security staff placed on some spot that makes me feel more comfortable about the hotel.

At the beginning when confirming whether early check-in is possible or not, they said "yes". I was asked to wait for about 15-20 minutes, but after more than 40 minutes there was no news from the hotel staff. When I asked again it turned out the room was ready and there was no confirmation, we were left waiting. The swimming pool facilities are too small and the distance to the bathroom to clean up is too far. During breakfast I found dirty cutlery on the dining table (as if it had not been washed) and when I reported it to the hotel staff, the cutlery was only replaced, there was no apology (my expectation should have been more than that because this is a 5-star hotel). All hotel staff are generally not very friendly. The food is not very varied. The room is quite comfortable and access to the mall is also very easy.

Spent 2 nights. 18th floor which offered me great view of Jakarta. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. Nice place and shopping too.

Stayed with my 2 young boys, all went well. Mas Randy who served us by the pool was extremely helpful and friendly. If would be great if they had taller greenery in the pool area to provide more shade. Other than that all was well.

Always one of the most favorite hotels if you want to take a break. Have stayed here several times as a solo. So comfy, clean, superb hospitality and all employees are very friendly :) The breakfast menu is also extensive and all delicious :) Although it is a bit difficult if you want to check in early because it depends on room availability, but it's fine, you can wait at Gancit :) And thanks for the cookies π€.

Book a room according to the order and request to make a surprise for my husband, it was granted very well and my husband was happy, it was very pleasant to stay at this Sheraton Hotel, the room was clean, tidy, no dust, fragrant, the AC was very cold, the bathroom was also clean with a separate bathtub and shower which was very good. For breakfast, please add more local menus and add more variations, the restaurant staff were very friendly and served well, came directly to be taken to sit where and offered coffee or tea, after that when we ate, we were offered other menus that we wanted to try and take. Incidentally, there was a kind man but forgot his name, he gave a special pancake cake for our child Naureen without being asked. Pkk na fun staying at the Sheraton, next time I will come back to stay again at another time. Thank you Sheraton and all the friendly and kind staff.

Perfect hotel for a staycation. The room was clean and comfy. As usual, the service was excellent. Breakfast and evening cocktail with dinner at the club were delicious. The swimming pool was spacious. We'll be back for sure.

Pelayanan reception good, tapi breakfastnya kurang enak kurang variasi untuk hotel sekelas sheraton harus diperbaiki makanannya, kamarnya enak ac dingin kamar mandi oke, tp air ac bocor di kamar pada hari kami mau pulang di jam 12 sehingga mesti dipanggil teknisi untuk diberesin kenapa bisa begitu ya hotel sekelas sheraton bisa seperti itu sampai kamar bisa bocor karena air ac, mesti segera diperbaiki nextnya jadi lebih baik.

I felt comfortable and happy while staying at the Sheraton Gandaria Hotel during the last New Year 's holiday. The entire hotel staff provided exceptional service. One thing that was unforgettable was when the housekeeping staff gave me extra mineral water in the room. This for me is very extraordinary and impressive.
