I love the view but some amneties are old and unmaintained. Please facilitate online ordering. Don't make it difficult for guests who order food or snacks online because this hotel does not provide a minimarket. Provide umbrellas for guests in case of rain for the hotel's policy of not allowing online food to the lobby. The rest is okay. Thank you.

Stayed here during Eid holiday, my family, my husband and 3 children, two of whom are adults and one is still small. We took 2 superior cottage rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, the hot water runs smoothly. The breakfast is quite varied, only they are very calculating about the number of guests who get free breakfast. My small child had to pay an additional 100 thousand for breakfast, while we booked 2 rooms which were quite expensive because of the Eid atmosphere. But it's okay.

Awesome place to stay, this hotel has been our family's favorite place to stay here in Karo Regency. Quite affordable for a 4-star hotel. Check-in was a breeze! There were also welcome drinks for us, it was delicious too. The pool was clean, the flowers are really nice addition. As always, a great place! We will soon be booking our stay here on our next visit to Karo.

Hotel is old, but it's clean and service is good. Bathroom quite rundown and moldy at the edges, bottom corner of the door was also rotten. There is no air conditioning in the room. Lack of power point in room too, hairdryer only available on request, but need to unplug TV's power point in order to plug in the hairdryer to dry up my hair.

Reminding you that when serving overnight guests, you have to be wholehearted and don't discriminate based on someone appearance?! And please, if you are a receptionist, don't joke too much at your counter because it can offend guests.

My favorite hotel in Berastagi, and always satisfying the service. This time I first tried the Superior Cottage room which is closer to the pool, the view is only the front garden of the room, different from the deluxe which has a view of the pool and mountains. The superior cottage room is very spacious, very suitable for large families. The furniture is still classic, but everything works well 🙏🏻 the door also still uses a key, not a card but it's okay. Highly recommended to stay at Sinabung 👍 but if I could give a suggestion, the menu in the restaurant should be added or changed so it doesn't get boring 🙏🏻

The staff is not very friendly, at that time we were locked out from the outside and asked for help from the staff but the staff seemed unhappy, they just kept clicking their tongues, only the staff in the room area, if the receptionist was friendly, and the restaurant staff too, Just to remind you, even if the facilities are good, if the service is not good, people will not want to come again.
