The receptionist and security guard are friendly. The room is okay, there is a smart TV, the mattress is soft and clean, the bathroom is also clean and not slippery. The AC is really cold, but hopefully in the future there will be a chair in front of the dressing table to make it easier. For those who smoke, you can request a room near the balcony so that it is close to the smoking area. The downside is that the road to the hotel is a bit crowded because it is a college area so it is busy. Parking can fit 2 cars in front, 2-3 cars behind. There are many places to eat around the hotel area, there is also an Indomaret nearby, there are also many laundries. For that price, I think it is really worth it.

for the price given, very good and satisfying. And is the best in Medan with the price offered and the service and facilities provided.
the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and complete. overall have a godd experience. the only drawback is the aroma of the soap is not very fond of that day. however, the experience of staying in the previous place the aroma of the soap is fragrant and fresh.

Strategic hotel close to the University of North Sumatra campus with affordable prices. Stayed 4 nights with family. Unfortunately, the car parking space is limited but it is very helpful with the staff and security who are alert in helping to get in and out of vehicles, especially since the road in front of the hotel is relatively narrow and very busy.

The room is according to the rate, there are only a few things that need to be considered again; 1. Parking, the parking lot available at the hotel location is very narrow. Parking is indeed provided elsewhere and a shuttle is provided to the parking location but perhaps management could consider renting a parking lot close to the hotel for efficiency and effectiveness. 2. It would be better to provide a stool (seat) under the dressing table to make it easier when using the dressing table. 3. Maybe it's the season, but for the management's attention so that termites do not enter the room because their wings dirty the floor of the room and the mattress. Thank you.

There are no chairs provided in the room. The staff service is not good. Bring the chair to the room yourself. Even though the staff is in front of your eyes. The sheets are a bit dirty. This hotel is actually suitable for business trips because it is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the noise from outside can be heard inside. Don't stay on the 5th floor because it is often used for seminars. It's really noisy.

The hotel is really satisfying. The staff are friendly. Both front office and security. Hotel is very clean. Room size is not small. Very strategic location. Close to USU campus. There are lots of cheap food around the hotel selling student pocket size food. Anyway, really recommended. There is nothing missing from this hotel. If you go to Medan, you will stay here again.
