Location is on the outskirts of the city, but wasn't a problem for me. The staff are nice and helpful. The size of the room not to big but comfy. The only problem that I had is cleanliness, there are many ants surround the table, dust on the curtain, aslo less attention to the bathroom. Overall the hotel is nice, Hope they will improve it for the cleanliness.

Asked for a room on the upper floor but it wasn't available. Okay, never mind. After that, the room smelled of cigarettes. Asked to move rooms. In the new room, it was hot and the AC leaked heavily in the middle of the night. The technician came to fix it. Not long after, it leaked again and dripped again. I was tired. It was uncomfortable to sleep. However, the service was good, but the hotel facilities and comfort should be improved. Thank you

(+) very close to the toll exit, friendly staff, clean rooms, complete amenities
(-) parking is difficult on the side of the road next to the hotel, the most annoying thing is I got room no. 211 where the room is located in front near the highway, and Malang is a city that never dies so at any time many vehicles pass by and are very noisy and very disturbing. Can't sleep soundly, I keep waking up because the sound of passing vehicles is too loud
I have called the receptionist to ask to move rooms, it turns out that this date is a long weekend so the rooms are full and can't move. But the receptionist's response is very friendly

Nice hotel, friendly reception staff and security are also friendly, nice view if you get a room facing the highway. just a suggestion, please check the closed water in the swimming pool restroom, is the water coming out or not, because yesterday the water was off, thank you. The swimming pool area is nice and suitable for a staycation with children.

Please replace the AC, it's too old, the yellow Samsung brand that snores and makes you feel hot...sleeping is uncomfortable, I've called a technician but it's not optimal...the plugs have been updated and are loose...the room is comfortable, the only minus is the AC and the plug...if possible, turn the AC ON before the guest enters the room!
