Check in masih manual dan gaptek penjaganya, masa saya tunjukin booking by email and web tetap gak percaya, eh ternyata ga paham, aduh, sampe dia telepon dulu ke bosnya padahal gue sering ke hotel bintang 4-5 loh 😅.
