Horor scary not worth and I search on internet its a horor hotel so I check in and pay and leave the hotel room empty its so crepy oh my God I can't believe I pay 300k for that kind of hotel.

I booked a 2 large bed, but when we check in, they asked us to change to 1 bedroom. What can I say? We are tired, so we agreed. First impression: it was ok. Room is clean etc. AC's not cooled. The most disappointment: there's no water in the bathroom until the next day. And repeat in the third day. To be fair, I like the hotel, cleaning service ok, but water system? A 3 star hotel? Really? Please fix this if you don't want to lose customers.
