So scary place. The kids didn't want to stay there and asked to move to another place. Finally we moved.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quite good, spacious, comfortable, the AC is cold, the hotel is not too far from the city. Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly maintained, the lobby is gloomy, some of the lobby ceilings are broken, it is a bit dusty, the hotel environment is also dirty. Hopefully there will be attention from the hotel. Hopefully it will improve and be better.

The hotel is scary, but very spacious

I felt disappointed because the offer in the application did not match the existing conditions, such as the lobby space, road access, building conditions, so in the end I did not check in, so I hope you do not experience the same as me.

The hotel is old, but the place is comfortable, the location is strategic, there are many places to eat and malls.

Dirty lobby, dusty tables, lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. The hotel looks like it has never been cleaned.

The room is very dusty, the walls are moldy, the bathroom floor is dirty, the paint/walls are peeling, the tree is not very satisfied.

I stayed 4d/3n-3 room. When we first arrived, we were shocked because the lobby was dark and the ceiling had holes in it. Information says it is under renovation. And it also turns out that this is a very old hotel. It's been more than 40 years. The shape is like a villa, because the area is very large. We were doubtful when we saw the lobby like that, but after we arrived at the room, the condition of the room we rented was good and large for the price given. For the 3 kmr we ordered, in terms of cleanliness it was OK. The AC is all cold, the WH is hot. Only one of the rooms had a sink that was leaking for the drinking water heater as if it was rusty. For the swimming pool, the water is clean & not cold, it's just that the walls of the pool still have moss in the water. And for the adult pool with a depth of 1.2 & 3 meters. If we order food, an online motorcycle taxi can deliver it to the front door of the room. So you don't need to walk all the way to the lobby. The location is very good for me, there are lots of activities around Ambarukmo. Suggestions for hotels, perhaps for the lobby (in particular) and also the front of the hotel, can be repaired immediately, so as not to shock visitors who have booked online. Thanks.

The location of the hotel is strategic, access to the city center is close. Beautiful, cool environment. It's just that cleanliness and lighting need to be improved.

At first it looked scary in the lobby but the staff were friendly and the place was really good for that price, my friend and I stayed there, the bed was comfortable, the room didn't smell of cigarettes, even though it looked old but all the amenities were there and complete, the AC was cold, the water heater for bathing worked well, got mineral water every day, there was coffee and tea in the room, the TV worked, the room was spacious, there was a terrace too, it was actually comfortable just for sleeping, I stayed there for 3 nights and they cleaned the room when we went out so when we came back the room was tidy again, the wifi worked too, overall for me its quite a good hotel.

The hotel is spacious like staying in a housing complex, the room is spacious and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The first experience was pleasant, the location is close to everywhere. God willing, if I go to Jogja again, I will stay there.

Check in jam 22 horor banget sih dari depan/front office trsuq yang nginep kami doang. Dari sekian banyak kamar kosong semua, bangunan tua, sepi banget, lampu redup (harus berani modal buat pugar hotel) mau cancel sayang udah bayar makanya kami keluar hotel & balik lagi jam 2 biar langsung tidur ga terlalu trasa horornya.

Memang sudah tua, fasilitas sudah jadul, tapi pelayanannya sigap, begitu ac masalah langsung datang.
