The room smells of cigarettes. The mattress and pillows smell musty. The shower has no hot water. The glasses are yellow.

exciting.. nice.. peaceful.. the service is good.. close to the shopping center.. suggestion.. the elevator is a bit nervous.. the air conditioner is not cold enough.. if possible, when changing shifts, deposit money can also be left.. Thank you..

The location is easy to access, but the car parking area seems inadequate so you have to park outside the hotel/apartment area. The cleanliness of the apartment environment can probably be improved, especially on cigarette butts in the hallway. The cleanliness of the room/bed/bathroom can also be improved/replaced with a new one, it looks dull. Overall the service from the guards is friendly and very helpful.

Hopefully the cleanliness will be better maintained, because when I got to the bathroom it was very pee-y, the facilities are also lacking such as a broken TV, wifi that doesn't connect. Thank you.

The downside of the new smoking room when you first enter, there is no hot water, there are no plugs near the bed so if you want to charge your cellphone while lying down you can't but the plus is the location is next to the mall so if you want to look for food and other things you can just walk.

5 Stars for this apartment. The service is really good. Roomboy is always on standby and friendly. Large room with a very beautiful view of Semarang city. Next to the apartment is a mall. Finding food is very easy, close to Mbak Tum's koyor. If I go to Semarang I will definitely come back here.

Parking access is not spacious, not comfortable. Initially I was given a room on the 20th floor but because the room was gloomy, smelled of cigarettes, there were ants, cockroaches too so I asked to change. And was given a room on the 19th floor and for the room it was quite large, quite comfortable but unfortunately the AC was not cold enough and there were still cockroaches too. For the double bed size mattress it was also not a pure double bed but a single bed mattress combined with 1 sheet.

I've been a customer for about 10 years, always happy with the 20th floor. I've tried the other one, but it's dirty, so take care of it, we know we want to check that the trash isn't cleaned up.
