Nice place, good view & good weather. Not kids friendly for an active kid like my son due to the stairs lol but overall we had very best experience. Breakfast also great with many options and totally not crowded during this pandemic. Will def come back 🖤

Great service, okay, only the fish pond is not well maintained, slippery and rarely brushed it seems. But the rooms and food are the best.

This hotel is probably the best accommodation in the Grabag area and is located close to tourist spots in the area. The warm water plunge pool is a plus and can even be said to be the main value that distinguishes it from other accommodations, but it is very unfortunate that it was not functioning when we stayed overnight.

Everything was pleasant, the bed was spacious, comfortable, the property placement was very fitting, the pool was warm so you could soak all day, you got a free minibar and snacks (the cookies were delicious), the breakfast menu could be improved a bit, and I was a bit disturbed by flies, I think they were only in the cafe or restaurant when eating, but they were also in the room, but it didn't reduce my desire to go back there, especially when we checked out we were given provisions to eat on the way, thank you

Disappointed staying here to enjoy moments with family. The pool in the villa is very cold and cannot be used even though feedback has been given many times. Access to the upper floor of the restaurant to enjoy the view is also closed.
The breakfast is also full of carbohydrates with a very limited menu. Hotel equipment also looks outdated.
The view from the villa also cannot justify the price charged.
If you knew this, you should have stayed somewhere else with your extended family.

the villa room is quite spacious and the swimming pool is enough for 2 adults and 2 children aged preschool to grade 1 elementary school, the panoramic terrace of this villa has a good view, you can see Mount Andong, Sumbing and Sindoro, especially at sunset, the view is really beautiful.
for the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is all delicious, especially the one at the Cerita Kita restaurant

I have stayed here twice and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly. The private rooms have pools so it is comfortable and safe if you want to swim. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. I got a welcome drink of ginger tea and herbal medicine. I also got a food parcel when I checked out.
