Fix the lights, new bedsheets, provide drinking water at least a glass of mineral water :), provide towels and at least soap and tissue. The most important thing is the lights, the lights are dim and only 1 is on so it's really uncomfortable :).

A haunted house themed hotel, complete with broken furniture and spooky paintings. IMHO, the hotel theme is really on point. I didn't dare to sleep, I didn't even dare to close the door. It's really suitable for those of you who want to stay overnight and test your courage. But if you want to rest. Just find another hotel. PS: no white towels are provided, typical of hotels in general, maybe so that they don't get mixed up with pocong and kunti.

Dirty, dark, like a haunted house, not well maintained, the toilet doesn't work, the water can't be turned off and it drips, the AC isn't cold, the sheets are dirty, the pillows, the sofa is dirty.

Kawasannya tenang asri, rumahnya bersih kamarnya luas bed besar ada mini refrigerator juga tapi sayang lampu kamar nyala cuma 1 jadi super remang remang, hari pertama booking terpisah sebelumnya di cancel meendadak yang saling lempar antara pihak OYO dan admin penginapan. Di relokasi jauh akhirnya refund, super melelahkan setelah perjalanan jauh dari Jawa Timur untuk beristirahat. Semoga segera ada improvement, sukses selalu.

The staff is not friendly. The room itself is less light makes it a bit creepy, toilet is dodgy, the mirror is mold, water heater is cannot be used, hopefully they can fix the issue. The room is spacious but the furniture is too old including the bed, sofa, desk, etc.

Like a horror house, the lights don't turn on, the bathroom is dirty, the water doesn't turn off, analog TV, the receptionist isn't just a guard, the air conditioner isn't cold enough, the building is old, musty, the sheets are yellow, the bathroom glass isn't good, the employees aren't friendly, the ID card detained.

Untuk kamar dan kebersihan sudah cukup baik. Tapi penjaga laki lakinya sering di bawah jaga parkiran. Itu tidak sopan sama sekali. Sangat menjengkelkan. Saya parkir sebentar saja di depan di marahi. Padahal saya sedang nunggu istri saya keluar. Tapi ga boleh parkir di depan. Dan menggunakan bahasa kasar. Saya sering banget melihat tingkah laku penjaga yang laki laki itu tidak sopan. Saya langganan di OYO 123 Puri Lotus. Setiap saya datang selalu bikin saya kesal itu penjaga.
