The room lights were off, spray l, dirty pillows and mattresses, the old AC timer died. It's overheated, there is a deposit as collateral.

I stayed 3 nights there. The whole experience is terrible. I had to change the room 3 times before getting the proper one. In the first room, the lights of the toilet is off, so I moved to the second room. In the second room, the AC is not working properly. It was so hot there, so I asked to move to another room in day 2. Then I was asked to move to the room I placed before. They promise they will change the light with a proper one. In this room, again, the AC was not working properly. It was so noisy. I complained again, and then I was asked to move to another room, which I think a better one.

Disappointed. Got a room in the building behind room no. 42 floor 4. 1. The sink water does not flow, so the water settles in the sink for a long time. 2. The bed linen + blanket of the room was very dirty, there was even a kispray bottle in the room. 3. The towels in the room have an alcohol smell. 4. The bathroom door cannot be closed & the first time you enter the room, there is a smell of human waste. I have been to Belitung 4 times, specifically to Manggar, but this time I was really disappointed with the service from Oasis. The receptionist does not give a good impression to guests. Please the hotel management, so that these complaints are immediately followed up.

standard room, but the lighting is not so dim. The smell of cigarettes is really strong too. Asked for a deposit of 100 thousand when checking in. A makeshift wardrobe, and noises at night don't know why. maybe the tiles are also broken so every time there is a footstep in front of the room, the cupboard makes a sound. I don't know. overall, less comfortable.

The bed has lots of bed bugs. if the Javanese language is high. If you like to bite your body at night, it can cause body itching. Shaped like head lice but can be bigger in size. Waitress okay. The rooms are good spacious there are chairs. TV table 3 seeds. 4 instead plus a TV table. Good, that's all the bed needs to be exterminated.

Originally in room 304. TV no broadcast, the water was small. continue to be moved to room 303. The TV is only one broadcast, the only big lamp in the middle is on, the other lights are off, the AC is turned off because maybe the timer is short. WiFi on the 3rd floor can not, Usually on the 2nd floor but does not reach the 3rd floor, the telephone is only for display only. Please pay attention to small things like this, because guests need comfort while staying.
