This is the 5th time I have stayed here every time I go to Jakarta.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here when I go to Jakarta because it is easy to access and has many supporting facilities, from transportation, places of worship, etc.

The AC is hot. No drinking water. There isn't even an ashtray.

The cleanliness is very lacking. When I arrived, the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I had said it was a non-smoking room, the bathroom floor was very slippery for some reason and the mat made me itch. The worst thing was that my bed sheet was only half and it looked unclean. When asked for air freshener, the male staff was rude because they just came in without asking. The room was not cleaned unless asked. Finally, after 2 days, I asked to clean the room and brush the bathroom. The reason was that the sheets were half out 🙄. The bathroom was only mopped so it was still slippery as if there was slime. Only the location is strategic, but because of other factors I will not stay here again.

This was a bad stay. Firstly, the female receptionist was not friendly, I greeted her with good evening but she did not return my greeting. And not friendly as customer service. I got a room which I thought was a waste. The TV remote was broken and couldn't be used, the wall in the AC was broken, there was a red spot on the wall near the mirror, the water in the sink had a very small flow (gosh, I think my urine was faster), the bedside lamp didn't have a light and wasn't repaired, the table lamp The room didn't have any lights either. Oh, no longer staying at OYO, it's better to stay at REDDOORZ. For 242 thousand, I got a waste room. It's better if I look for a hotel like POP Hotel! I don't understand how the app can have partners like this.

Alhamdulillah, the experience of sleeping here was pleasant even though there were some things that were lacking but it was worth it if it was only used for sleeping (because I was gone all day and went home to sleep at night) This hotel is very close to the Juanda terminal so it's easy to go everywhere because it's near the terminal so there are lots of them too There are also those selling food, or mini marts and the like so you don't have to worry about what to eat/buy. It's also close to the new market, crossing it already reaches Posbloc so if you really like culinary delights, you'll be happy living in this area. You can also walk a short distance to Istiqlal and other historical places. As for the room, the AC was really cold, for me who can't get it cold at night I shivered. The TV works well, so it can accompany loneliness. The room is not soundproof so you will hear the sound of bangs and bangs in the next room. The bathroom is provided with 2 large towels, 1 mat and 2 bars of soap. This hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shower has water stains (?) so it doesn't look clean but I don't have a problem, the shower can provide hot and cold water. Excellent. There are also tissues provided in the toilets so it's safe. But unfortunately the toilet door lock couldn't be locked/closed tightly. In the room there is also a large mirror so you can see the outside before leaving, in the sink there is also a mirror, there are hangers, and a small safe. If you want your room cleaned, just request. Because this hotel is a bit on the side of the road, there are sales tents at the front, this is very helpful if you're hungry at night or early in the morning, but at that time they were karaoke until 2 in the morning😊 but the next day they weren't. The best thing is, for a cheap price you can get a good experience and sleep. You can come back and stay here again when you go to Jakarta!
