I was disappointed with the long check-in process, secondly after checking in we were asked to go to the front lobby because the room was wrong, after that we were moved to a room on the 9th floor, the room was not ready yet, finally I was tired from the long journey, I asked for a refund for the funds, the lobby CS information was an error from Traveloka because the booking ID was the same, as an apology we were given a larger family room, hopefully in the future we can work better with Traveloka

The hotel is located in the center of Surabaya, close to Jalan. Tunjungan, Pasar Genteng, Ahmad Jais, Undaan. The cleanliness is also okay. Recommended place to stay in Surabaya.

There is only 1 minus, if it can be called a minus, namely if you drive the car yourself and your skill level is not yet equal to the Paris Dakar driver, I suggest you do not try to park in front of the lobby because the level of difficulty is high, especially for front wheel drive cars, in front of the lobby, you enter straight into a sharp bend and a high incline with a narrow space, so my suggestion is to just go straight into the basement parking lot because it is easier

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a lift for the disabled because I brought my parents who are not strong enough to walk up the stairs, very helpful and they also lent me a wheelchair, for a relatively cheap price with a location near the city center and easy to get to everywhere, I recommend this hotel, if I need to go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

The location is close to JL. Tunjungan, walking distance is only about 10 minutes.
Parking is limited if you bring a car, but the security will greet you warmly and offer to park your car at no additional cost (free valet parking).
Breakfast is okay with the price offered, it tastes good. Just need to improve the breakfast variety, you can add egg corner, local food, or market snacks. Depends on the food cost whether it is acceptable or not.
The receptionists are friendly and ready to help, especially the female receptionist who helped me with the check-in process (unfortunately I don't know her name).

The prayer room is very comfortable, the view on the rooftop is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel area is very impressive, that's the plus point, what needs to be fixed is the friendliness of the hotel area employees is very lacking, especially the restaurant section during breakfast there is no friendliness at all. the breakfast menu is less varied for a 3-star hotel even though the taste is still okay, parking is very limited, the outside of the room window glass is blurry, so if used for photos it is not very clean. hopefully the employees are friendlier so it is more comfortable to stay there again. Everything is really good, starting from the staff, the lobby is all good. Yesterday I took a superior King room. The room is quite big but there are 2 really big foundation pillars in the room so it looks a bit stuffy.. Security is responsive. It's just that the road in front of the lobby is really curved up, the car tires even skid huhuhu, but everything is really good.. Fun 👍🏻
