In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Pasuruan Prigen. The rooms are nice and spacious plus a good swimming pool facility. For breakfast, the food tastes good, from heavy meals such as fried rice, steamed fish, chicken porridge, and snacks such as bread, porridge, etc.

The hotel is comfortable, but a little disappointed because I had to claim that 1 small towel was missing, and a claim that the curtain was stained with cigarette ash for 750 thousand. Really regret staying here

The check-in time is indeed in the afternoon at 15.00 but it's worth it with the facilities that are provided, thanks to the friendliness of the staff, I salute you until the Security, cleaning service, lobby, house keeping are all OK .. but a 5 year old child already has to pay for his meal. . so you have to be ready to bring money / qris to pay at the restaurant .. on traveloka it says free but at the place you still have to pay for breakfast .. I'll definitely come back if there's a promotion for the krena baguuuuus even though it's a bit horrible in the old building part of the strawberry garden and the rabbit cage

A bit disappointed with the receptionist at the beginning of check in at around 18.00, seemed unfriendly, not humble, not informative, even seemed to blame the customer who in fact did not know anything about the hotel's rules or policies, I forgot to mention her name because I was tired, very disappointed with the receptionist, disappointed, hopefully not to other customers. It was fun, the last time I stayed at Surya was in 2015, even though the outside appearance was still the same, the inside appearance was very different, good food, nice ambience, only the AC in my room was not cold enough.

Those who stay here are all old money, not OKB. The service is very friendly. I was really helped by Mr. Firman. From the CSO security to the restaurant and gardener, they are all friendly. The last time I stayed here was 20 years ago (I stayed here to reminisce about the past) and the friendly atmosphere is still the same as before. Keep it up.
