The staff is very friendly. The pool view room is cool. The food in the restaurant is delicious, quite a lot and complete, there is an instant noodle corner. The right choice for a staycation with family. There is a children's pool to make toddlers feel at home. Thank you Sutan Raja Kotamobagu.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean with a view of the rice fields and mountains, very cool. There is a children's pool, suitable for a staycation with family. Security is guaranteed, there are items left behind in the lobby and secured at the receptionist.

The staff is very friendly, recommend for family vacations, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, my children really like it, the problem is at 04:00 in the morning it is very noisy in the corridor area of the room until 05:00 the music is very loud and the voices of people in front of the room are noisy, I have contacted the staff on standby, they said the security has headed upstairs, but the music like in a bar doesn't stop until 05:00, my children and I have been awake since 04:00 in the morning because it is noisy

It seems like the same thing happened when I stayed at BBP Chain Sutanraja, the doorboy/security was not there and did not even help when the guest arrived at the front/hallway in front of the main door. They are the spearhead of your hospitality services.
