The hotel has a good location and view, but the room smell damp, unclean bed sheet (with oil stain) and even tear up in several places. It was for one night stay.

1. Our rooms (106-107, Dam View) are exactly facing a provider tower, around 7 feet from the door to the tower's wall. 2. For 106, the air conditioner is broken so we ask to move - not offered! And we get 103. 3. It's not a buffet breakfast. We won't wait an hour for breakfast just for 1 menu anymore. 4. Awful towel. Used opened soap bar and shampoo in bathroom. Broken bathroom door key. 5. At the same price, there's another room type, called Coconut Park which isn't showed. We didn't know whats look inside, but we don't need to sleep under the tower.

Very bad, towel broken, bed so dirty, toothbrush dirty seem not new, no tissue... not recommended at all

The rooms are not bad, the service is also good, the access is also not bad, the price is also in accordance with the facilities provided.

Some of the rooms are similar to villas with natural nuances in Ubud Bali but there is no swimming pool (or I don't know) classic rooms, classic furniture, very large wardrobes, hot and cold water available in 2 places. 4. The water is yellowish, please fix the water filter.
