The place is very comfortable, especially for families with small children, clean, spacious rooms, complete and excellent facilities, very friendly staff, close to the Ibarbopark tourist attraction, easy access.

This is my first time staying at Swasa Living and it's really good, the room is as described and in the pictures, the AC is good, the swimming pool is good and there's a mini playground and of course the staff are friendly and the service is good.

Pluses: - Location close to the main road - There is a "yogyakarta" wall mural in the pool area, suitable for taking pictures. - The dining area in the garden is comfortable and beautiful. - You can order angkringan which is still in the hotel area. - Large, spacious and comfortable bedroom. - Wide bed, good for lazing around and being lazy. - The bathroom is quite spacious, the shower and closet areas are separated by partitions. - There is a local mini market right next to the hotel. - A children's play area is provided next to the pool. - There is a clean, comfortable prayer room next to the children's play area. Minuses: - No welcome drink is provided. - The location is entered through a small road, at night the area around the hotel is very quiet. - Small accommodation, the parking area can only accommodate 3-4 cars. - Small swimming pool, suitable for soaking or playing in the water with children. But too small for swimming because the distance is short. - It's a bit difficult to find food near the hotel area other than the angkringan carts that are attached in front of the hotel. If you walk to the front of the main road, it seems that there are few sellers, it is better to bring a vehicle to look for culinary. - The concept of the room is simple but unfortunately the interior is not well-conceptualized. Maybe in the future a wardrobe can be added to hang clothes, store suitcases and add accessories to make the room look prettier. - The breakfast menu is simple, typical of home, nothing special. I got rice, soup, fried chicken and tempeh / tofu. Cold lemon tea is provided to drink. - At night when I was about to sleep, I heard the sound of mice running on the roof of the room. One day we also found a cockroach entering the room area. - The staff guarding the inn are quiet and stiff so they seem unfriendly, they don't greet us if we don't greet them first. But overall staying here is quite comfortable for a place to stop and rest. The price is affordable and the facilities provided are very sufficient for the price given. Hopefully in the future the service and facilities will be better and more improved. Thank you

Very comfortable for resting after a busy event, the room, bathroom is very clean, the wifi and TV are smooth, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is clean, there are water gun toys. Fun playground. Near Sleman City Hall. Next can be a reference. Want to come back again.

I always come here every time I go to Sleman 🥰, the location, environment and room conditions are clean and comfortable. Basically, it's almost perfect, the only minus is that they don't provide breakfast.

Rooms are spacious & clean. 2 large mattresses with lots of pillows! 😀. Comfortable to stay with family. There is a swimming pool equipped with floats, water guns and balls that children can play with. There is also a mini playground for toddlers. It would be better if breakfast was provided & the swimming pool was enlarged again. 😉.

Everything is good, everything is clean, aesthetic, the price is too cheap in my opinion for the comfort provided :) The staff are still teenagers but very friendly :).

Really recommended' at that price all the facilities are okay, not noisy, and all the employees are friendly and very kind' oh yes. While there, every day they wash and clean their vehicles... really love it, the wedang keprabon is addictive.

I stayed for 1 week at this hotel. I have tried the twin room, the terrace room, and the deluxe room, all are satisfying! The hotel staff are very friendly. The accommodation is very comfortable like home. The AC capacity is very good! Overall it's really good. Minus 1 only in the bathroom, it's better to use an exhaust. Maintain all the quality! 😊.
