Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff for airport pick-up was just acting and lazy, just ordered here and there without any clarity even though we had previously confirmed since 9 am and had been answered that they were able, it turned out to be a lie, told to wait for 2 hours, even then only via cellphone and only told to go here and there without being approached, even if there was no pick-up and drop-off facility, it's okay to just say it but don't lie and tell us to wait at the exit of terminal 3 even though the hotel staff was waiting at gate 5, this hotel really doesn't respect its guests, we are very disappointed that if we go to Jakarta again, we will not want to stay at the Swissbelhotel Airport Jakarta. For the manager, train and foster the employees well, especially in respecting guests and the provision of facilities
