I was in Family Room. Overall satisfying. Rooms are clean and surprisingly huge! Air Con took a while to get cold. Pool has shallow one for kids. Breakfast OK. Staff are friendly. They have bellboys standby. The only disappointing thing is the check-in process took forever.

Very recommended for family staycation. Spacious rooms (we booked the family 2 bedroom twin which came with 2 bathrooms and 3 tv) and prime location (so many tempting food delivery options).. The only downside was we came during lebaran holiday so it was a very slow check in process and very crowded breakfast area.

staying at the family room. The AC remote control is not working properly. When contacted, the officer did not answer the phone. Had to turn it on manually. The hot water is not functioning optimally, it only feels warm.

I left my medicine in the refrigerator, I asked the hotel staff to send it to my home address, thank God the staff was willing to help, it was a pleasure staying at the Swiss Bell Hotel Pondok Indah, besides that the guests also felt comfortable, if there was something left behind, the level of guest trust in the hotel staff's service was trustworthy.

Actually, I've stayed here many times and really like it, but last night I was a bit sad because I got room 617, the AC wasn't cold enough and the water sink took a long time to drain. But I will definitely come back to this hotel, but I don't want to stay in room 617 again.

I’m asking the honeymoon set for the room and make sure when we’re check in, the staff said that the room already prepared as on requested. But there’s nothing when we open the room?!? I mean if you’re need more time or need payment for that, just contact us to confirm. We also need to put a deposit payment for IDR 300k, yet there’s nothing in our room.
We go to the pool at 06.30 in the morning and the pool staff is not there, we need to ask the restaurant staff where’s we can get the towel.

I have stayed here more than 3 times. Mostly for staycation with friends. Just a few days ago I stayed there again with my Family for New Year's Eve. I appreciate the fact that the hotel is located on the main street, there are mini-markets around, it's near Pondok Indah Mall, as well as Pondok Indah Hospital, it is closed to toll road (I feel like it's worth knowing if you're from out of town or out of the country).
Check in process is relatively smooth. I always stay in a Two Bedroom Family Suite. Personally the room lighting is a bit too dimmed for me, not a big deal though. I love the fact that each room has a smart TV, I never actually use them all at once, but it's nice to have options to binge watch either in the living room or inside the bedroom.
Breakfast is decent, it covers the essentials for me (eggs, beans and chicken sausages), there are sufficient selection as well, and the taste of food is pretty good. A little feedback from the last time I stayed there for two nights for NYE; the restaurant PIC kept asking if I have paid the extra breakfast for the two times we had breakfast even though I paid during check-in. It's not a major issue, it was just a little inconvenient - to be held when there's a long queue of people behind you.
Unfortunately, I did not take pictures that represent the room well. But I did take some pictures inside the room and by the pool area at night.
Overall it has been a pleasure staying here and for a good price too. Keep it up. :)

you can't expect too much for 4 stars hotel / mid range hotel like this (compared to other 5 stars hotel in Jakarta) the room is fine, i booked superior double room for new year eve, but the service is far from generous not even reach the standard hospitality attitude, i do believe that the staff is underpaid and unsatisfied with their job. let's call it a night :)
