The check-in process was smooth. For the hotel, it seems like it needs a lot of maintenance because the facilities provided are no longer adequate, the glass of the toilet I was in seemed to have traces of mold/blood, there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet and the room atmosphere was very scary. The lobby is nice with a rainforest concept.

Aircon water broke near the entrance area, my bag and clothes were wet. The receptionist thought sending a technician and a cleaning staff to clean up the mess is enough, not even an apology. Was asked to stay in the same room while clearly there is a sign of leakage from the ceiling. Made a complaint to the receptionist, they said they just had a shift change and he didn't know anything about this. Good job.

Everything is great. Parking was easy maybe because of the low season, but you can park right in the front of the lobby. Breakfast was just okay.

We stay here 5 night 4 days two rooms, used to be nice hotel but seems need more maintenance, first arrive we need to call engineering to make AC cool in room 3119, and also in 3117 for leaking AC, during stay encounter false fire alarm, yet they don't mention in announcement, flooded in the dining room during breakfast time on 3rd days, also elevator out of order so we need to take another one which is on another side, flooded also in drop off zone on 4th days. Location is good, food standard, and rooms standard
