As usual central cawang is our first choice everytime my family needs to check up at rs pon. The located is strategic, the food is great with reasonable price. The room is cleaned and staff are helpful. It's like my family and I been check in for more than 5x throughout the year😂

It was really good experience except the check in process. We were bit dissppinted with your staff Antika. We had been waiting for check in but she didn't give priority to the person who comes first. She made us wait till four check in, even didn't apologies. I feel the training to the staff to be given to maintain the standard of the hotel.
