Recommended. From the beginning, the staff, security and receptionist were very friendly. The room is spacious. However, it is not soundproof because we got a room next to the staff room so it was a bit noisy with the sound of the trolley wheels when passing by. For the atmosphere, location and facilities, all function well. Overall, the children were very happy and satisfied staying at this hotel.

Stayed there for a short getaway. Attending my nephew 's b'day on the next day at their ballroom. The room need more lighting, it gets very dark in the afternoon. And the bathroom really really needs cover up on the glass partition, you can actually see the person sitting on the toilet from outside. Breakfast is quite OK.

The check-in process was quite long because there were quite a lot of guests & there was only 1 receptionist. But overall staying here was pleasant & comfortable. The bed, sheets, pillows, and towels were all clean. No complaints. Note: the swimming pool and gym close at 7 pm so just rest in the room.

Get a room with a balcony, you can see the lights at night. Last day, the room was also clean, fragrant and neat, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied, delicious, and the pool was nice and clean, making the children happy

Booked 2 rooms with balconies, unfortunately the 1 room we stayed in was not clean, the ceiling had sawang & the floor was a bit dirty, the bathroom & sink. The water was a bit stagnant for a long time (clogged) & when we reported Room Service the answer was 'That's true sir' 😔 😄. Meanwhile, in room 1 the water drains smoothly. But for the rest of us, the hospitality of FO & Restaurant is quite good. 👍.
