The receptionist yelled at me as a customer. The key was not working. And sadly I need to go up and down. In fact, I am pregnant and now my stomatch kind of hurts. I am sensitive, but the receptionist is not professional.

Stayed one night, and at night there was a call offering a spa from a gentle female voice. An additional 1.5 liter bottle of Aqua is charged IDR 25,000. There is a problem with the room key.
