The food for breakfast is not very varied and the quality can be improved, the room is clean, the view is good, the swimming pool is nice, the water is not too cold, it's perfect for swimming for a long time, but at that time it was too crowded with people and the pool was not very clean, there was a lot of mud or something on the bottom, the rest is okay, so it's one with the mall

Overall satisfied, both in terms of cleanliness, service, food offerings. Got free vehicle parking too. Of the 3 rooms booked in tower 2, the view of the artificial garden, got an upgrade to 2 rooms with balconies. But when I tried to check again on the app, the tower 2 option was not there. Did I get a temporary block because I got a room upgrade?

I arrived at 11 am, the room was not ready, so I walked to the mall first. At 12 pm I was contacted and could check in. My belongings were delivered to the room first. I was very happy. The room was really good, I liked it, only the toilet bowl was a bit smelly, probably because of the drainage. The ambiance was really great, the room view was facing the pool and the hill. I was given a free upgrade and late check out by Mbak Rindu. Very friendly. Thank you Mbak Rindu! Oh yeah, the restaurant tastes like a hotel standard, not bad. Varied too. Highly recommended hotel! I will definitely stay again.
