I really enjoyed my 4 nights here, awesome and spacious room, clean bathroom with nice towel. The staffs were very nice, especially Mr. Muamar Khadafi, he’s very helpful and friendly. The foods were also delicious and they gave me what I wanted. Next time when I come back to Belitung, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The atmosphere here is nice, the lobby directly faces the small islands, Lengkuas Island is also visible. What is unfortunate is the taste of the food menu, I had breakfast omelet filled with chili peppers, the Belitung noodle soup was very sweet, even though I had been informed, but it seems it was not fixed, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is okay.

I stayed at this hotel for work for 5 nights. The hotel rooms are clean and the views overlooking the sea and swimming pool are really nice. The swimming pool is also clean. I use the treadmill in the gym, and the machine works very well (can jog and incline). The view on the beach at sunset - if it's not cloudy - is also nice. I also had a pleasant surprise because on the last night of my stay, the cleaner (on behalf of Jalil) put plastic swan and flower decorations on the bed.

Ordered a garden view room but there was no garden at all, when I called the CS they said the garden was a fish pond and the roof was the view, confused. It would be better to just change the room name. Every day the room was cleaned but the toothbrush, soap, shampoo were not refilled, had to ask for it first then refilled the next day, but the toothbrush was still not refilled hehe. The service was quite slow. Hopefully it can be improved.

Sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di hotel Swiss-Belresort Belitung, yang merupakan salah satu wishlist menginap kita kala main ke belitung. Hotel ini tidak terlalu dekat dengan kota (sekitar 30mnt dari tanjung pandan) namun cukup dekat dengan pantai-pantai yang indah seperti pantai tanjung kelayang, pantai Tj. Tinggi, dan pantai laskar pelangi serta tempat wisata Hopping island. Saat masuk hotel, view yang terlihat dari resto dan kolam renang hotel bagus sekali. Kebetulan resto dan kolam renang tepat bersebelahan, jadi kita bisa bersantai di resto ataupun berenang sambil menikmati view laut. Kebetulan kita memesan kamar yang berbeda untuk 2 hari, dan di hari pertama kita mendapat kamar dengan view taman. Karena kita tiba di hotel sore hari, kita menyempatkan waktu untuk berenang dan menikmati makanan dari resto dan menurut kita, makanan restonya enak sekali. Saat malam hari, dari kamar kita bisa melihat banyak bintang mengingat bagian depan hotel tidak terlalu banyak polusi cahayanya dibanding kamar dengan view laut. Semua staff hotel sangat sigap membantu dan informatif sekali. Dibagian bawah hotel (ada jalan khusus yang mengarah kebawah) kita bisa menikmati pantai untuk berjalan santai (tidak bisa untuk mandi karena banyak sekali karang di pantainya). Ini adalah hari kedua kita menginap di hotel ini, dan kebetulan kamar yang kita pesan adalah kamar dengan view laut. Ah, memang Belitung surganya pemandangan pantai dan pantai yang indah. View yang disuguhkan dari kamar memang sebagus itu, tidak ada penyesalan saat memilih hotel ini untuk tempat menginap kita. Dari kamar kita bisa terlihat mercusuar Pulau Lengkuas yang menjadi iconic pulau Belitung dan pulau-pulau kecil indah lainnya. Pun saat kita melakukan Hopping island, hotel juga terlihat megah dari jauh. Lagi-lagi semua staff juga sangat sigap membantu, terutama saat kita pindah kamar dari hari pertama ke hari kedua. Dikarenakan kita mengikuti aktivitas Hopping island di pagi hari jadi kita minta bantuan staff hotel yang memindahkan barang ke kamar yang baru dan salah satu staff yaitu Pak Suranda membantu memindahkan barang kita, terima kasih ya Pak🙏. Untuk sarapan pagi yang disediakan, makanannya cukup beragam dan enak, terutama bagi kita, roti kacang hijaunya enak sekali saat itu, saya menyesal cuma nyomot satu,. The hotel room was good, but so sad when I got the trouble with electrical key, fortunately I don't think it serious matter, because the guy repaired it soon. The pool was good after maintenance 👍. The access to capital is quite far, maybe you need own vehicle to go somewhere.

Perlu peningkatan kebersihan dan renovasi. Ada pasir-pasir pantai di dekat lemari es nya. Warna 4 sarung bantalnya lebih kuning dari warna sprei dan selimut. Tembok kamar mandi mengelupas. Breakfast kurang. Tumbuhan di jalan masuk ke lobby dan ke pantai kurang terawat, banyak rumput-rumput liar tumbuh. Nilai lebihnya pemandangan dari balkon ocean view room sangat indah, bila lihat pulau-pulau dan laut. Semoga bisa lebih baik ke depannya.
