Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. Thank you SBL dago & the app. And also thank you very much for the anniversary surprise, we love it!

From the beginning of check-in, the hotel employees were greeted warmly, the bag had also been taken and ready to be delivered to the room. The hotel employees were very helpful when we asked to change rooms (the previous room was not a problem but only the location of the room was not suitable for us). We highly recommend this hotel because the location is also strategic with good views.

What an awesome experience stay for family staycation during pandemic. Nice view, best infinity pool, room has a kitchen sink and bathtub in every type of room, and the supperr best fod from their restaurant. I try specialty steak dishes from chef sayadi, and it really delicious, worth to try. Best food that I ever taste.

What a best view swimming pool! I feel pleasant can stay over there. I woke up with beautiful view and get some fresh air. I only wish you can clean up your bathroom more because the bathtub still dirty and the window at bathroom too.

My review may be the same as other guests who gave good ratings for this hotel. It is true that when we arrived, the staff were ready and checked to help us unload our suitcases from the car. Check in was smooth. Spacious rooms, delicious food, etc. It's just that there are some notes for me. 1. It seems inappropriate if this hotel is called kids friendly, because the only thing that can be enjoyed by children is the warm water swimming pool. Meanwhile, the kids club is not well maintained. There is no outdoor playground that can be used. (Unlike in the photo where I thought the green field was a hotel facility) 2. The position of the elevator is not in the middle of the hotel so if you get a room number more than 10 (eg 915) then you will walk quite far from the elevator. So if you stay here, ask for a room below number 10 (eg 907) 3. There is no stair access (only using the elevator) to the basement parking lot. It takes quite a long time to wait so I often pass through the road that cars pass. 4. There are no combs & razors in the room. The rest is okay.

a real five-star hotel with five-star services. It's our favourite place getaway place with our kids. Our kids enjoy the warm water swimming pool and they couldn't get enough of it. I enjoy the surroundings and never get tired to run early to catch the sunrise. It's super close to the national park or if you want to jog or run and challenge yourself running/jogging up the hill.

For the room, it's comfortable, the view is nice, the staff is also friendly. For the food, the taste is good, there are many choices, but I happened to stay 2 nights and the food menu was the same. Just a suggestion, if possible, vary the menu, not the same menu.

The room, the hotel, the facility, and the view were great! One lacking is the soundproofing. The vehicle sound (especially motorbike) from the street just in front can be heard clearly in the room at night (sleeping time). Usually more quiet after 11 pm.
