Overall was a good stay. From arrival, the concierge is helpful, parking spaces are adequate, and the check was smooth. We booked 2 rooms and asked for connecting doors and we have them as requested. Welcome drink provided in nearby pool cafe. The room is clean, amenities are good considering this is a family budget hotel. The balcony was spacious. Our room view is a nearby the construction site, Andalusia Mosque and toll road. Not very great unless you get the mountain view rooms. Breakfast is also served properly, the variety is good and enough, no complaints on taste/service. All good. The only issue we had during our stay is since this is Ramadan the nearby Andalusia Mosque's massive loudspeaker will ensure you are waking up at 2 AM for sahoor and staying awake for another hour or so during morning prayers. Other than that, the stay is perfect. A quick getaway from Jakarta and nearby Pasar Ah Poong within walking distance. The hotel even provided a sky bridge direct to Pasar Ah Poong but it was closed during our stay. Thanks, Alana Sentul. It was a good stay even better than Aston Sentul's few km drive uphill.

I was shock at first with the price given, but then, I just give it a go. Turned out, the occupancy level was so high! So pricey, yet so many people would like to pay. But it was all worth the price! This is the first time I booked a hotel who give dinner as compliment! Hence the price tag! There are other hidden gems also that seemed not so many people aware of. There is a pool table on 2nd floor, and we enjoyed it really much. All of the other facilities are well written and told by other guests. Awesome!

Great view with the good hospitality. Near Bogor City and many kinds of culinary choice near Sentul City. Awesome to staycation in this hotel with a quiet condition for rest

It was our second staycation in Alana Sentul (the first one was 2 years ago). Personally, I can't find anything I didn't like about my stay. Breakfast was satisfying. The room was squeaky clean (we didn't even leave the hotel at all). And my children really enjoyed playing in the kids room (they easily forgot their disappointment of me not letting them swim because the pool was pretty crowded). Would definitely choose Alana again for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. Thank you.

overall experience is excellent! from the view, cleanliness, hospitality, facilities and the food. the only downside is the soundproofing, while trying to sleep at night we kept hearing voices from next door. and another note is when we want to wash our feet the only thing we can use is the toilet sprayer which located in the dry bathroom, wet bathroom only has fixed shower high above us.

Stayed 2d1n, the kids were happy because of the swimming pool, the location is also close to the mall, for BF maybe because it was crowded so there was a bit of a queue but the staff was quick to refill all the food and drinks

The Alana Hotel Sentul, again given me the best service for my (even only) one night. Second stay for families, quick check in process (even queuing in front desk, high season, lebaran join holiday & a mother with so many questions about her room what makes of it) but FDA incharge (forgot to get his name) handle it with hotel professional manner. The room meet with my expectations, great welcoming amenities. The party foam for my kid always on his memory. I'll certainly come back again soon. Thank you very much The Alana Hotel Sentul.

All ok just when check-in the room is ready near the service room and entering is also not soundproof even though the deluxe pool view type. Standard AC, TV remote control and also a bit troublesome not blackout curtains there is a curtain sliding stick makes it dangerous if hit open the curtain. Automatic door.
