It was my second time staying in the Alana Surabaya. First one was for business trip, second was for family vacation. It didn’t failed me in both purposes. Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, various and delicious food also strategic location.

We had wonderful experience while staying at The Alana Hotel Surabaya. We spent 3 nights and we enjoyed every moments of it. Their staffs were amazing and so friendly. Surely they provided very good and complete meals for breakfast (I love the Bakso and Bubur Sum2! So Yummy! Thanks Alana for making our stay so enjoyable. Surely will stay here or at other Alana hotel's chain. The Mosa, 2019

The room was spacious, bathroom was super clean with a bathtub, free minibar and welcome fruit. Breakfast was great, various of traditional food and pastry. service was great, very friendly staff. Would love to stay there again.

I loved staying here—it’s cozy with such good vibes. The staff were amazing—so friendly and always smiling. They even gave my son chocolate at breakfast, which was such a sweet touch! The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfy. The bed felt like a cloud! I appreciated the thoughtful design of the room. The color scheme is a bit vintage, which isn’t really my style, but it’s functional, chill, and feels like home. The location is super convenient—close to the city, easy to find, and near the toll exit, which was perfect for me since I was just transiting through Surabaya. And the food? Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was delicious. I also tried the soto ambengan from room service, and it was a solid 9/10. Lastly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, such a great experience!

My first experience staying at The Alana Hotel Surabaya, the hotel is nice and aesthetic which is located not far from the city center. The service from the hotel staff and employees is good and friendly, making guests happy and pleased. This hotel is a 4-star class with a fairly competitive price with other star hotels, one day it is possible to stay here again when carrying out a business trip.

So far so good. Asked to move rooms because there were noisy children next door, and was well assisted. The staff were also very helpful by waking me up early in the morning for an early flight, preparing an early breakfast, and helping me call a taxi. Maybe the bathroom needs to be cleaned again. When I got home from outside, my half-eaten cake was no longer in the fridge. Maybe because the fridge wasn't cold, the staff threw it away. I don't know if it was broken or if it was set incorrectly.

The staff is very friendly, initially late check in at the hotel at 16.00 because the road was congested, finally postponed until 16.30 and was approved well without any obstacles, will stay here again for example when going to Surabaya. access is also easy to go anywhere, the hotel is also comfortable and clean, the only minus is for the hand washing sink there is a bit of a problem, overall recommended! 👍

Fun, can be an option for the next holiday because it is quite close to various facilities and several food places. However, if I may suggest, because when I booked there was an extra benefit "Mini Bar" maybe they could provide some sufficient drinks, not necessarily the ones in bars in general but could be some soft drinks, because yesterday I only got 1 bottle of isotonic. For the food, it tastes very good, the tek tek noodles are really good, the hainan rice and spring rolls are okay. Overall, thank you The Alana for the various experiences.
