Starting from being ordered by an office vendor to ordering it myself via Traveloka - basically the service and hospitality from Alana is really great. Very impressive and like a place to go home to when you go to Jogja.

The most comfortable staycation experience, delicious food, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, downstairs there are food and souvenir tenants. If you want to eat outside the hotel, there are also many restaurants on the right and left. Oh yeah, the hotel staff is super duper friendly and very helpful.

The hotel staff are all friendly from check in to check out, nothing disappoints, the room is also okay and spacious, for breakfast it tastes good like hotels by Aston in general, only the variety of food can be increased because the additional price per person is quite expensive for choices that tend to be few. I arrived at 23.00 WIB, initially booked Deluxe but upgraded to Junior Suite. Thank you Mas Guruh, the friendly and kind receptionist.

A little disappointed in terms of facilities, access, and less responsive service from hotel staff. Maybe because of the high season of Eid, and the rooms are full occ, so that the hotel staff are less attentive to the needs of guests, and made my first experience staying here less memorable at this hotel. Parking access to the hotel is quite far, and a little confusing for guests with first experience, because access is like entering a meeting room / ballroom that is not operating with a dead escalator and rooms / corridors leading to the hotel are very dark. For guests with suitcases and children like me, it's quite complicated. To climb the escalator manually as many as 2 floors. I don't know whether there is a valley service or not, but when I went there there was no clerk / bellboy on standby for the valley, we were immediately directed to the parking area in the next building with access conditions as I have stated above. Bathroom: when I turned on the tap water in the sink, flush toilet and shower bath, suddenly cloudy forest water came out with black soft sand, fortunately my family and I had time to open the sink tap water before using it, so we knew before using it. I tried to call the reception, and I got information that last night there was damage and repair of the water pipe, so that the water distribution to each room was cloudy. When I called fo, the fo team only suggested to wait and flush and turn on the tap in the bathroom so that the water would be clear, I waited for 45 minutes but the water didn't clear up, and I also tried to call fo back but still didn't get a problem solving, At that time I waited until 11 o'clock. The position was almost c/out time. Until 1 hour I waited, before 12 o'clock the reception team called my room to make sure that I had to c/o because the room was full at that time. Finally I prepared c/out without taking a shower, because the water did not improve until I c/out. Suggestion: It is better to notify the guest in house if there is trouble at the hotel.

The hotel with the most reasonable rate during Eid al-Fitr holiday. This is the umpteenth time staying here because of the strategic location and varied food.

The service is very good and the food menu is delicious and very varied.

Overall it is comfortable, but for breakfast there needs to be innovation in the arrangement of food and drinks. It should be free, maybe the portions can be reduced to fit the budget, like in hotels I have stayed at.
