Complete & spacious gym, pool big enough for swimming, friendly service, but unfortunately the breakfast service is stiff & unfriendly. If we don't have breakfast at the restaurant, it can't be wrapped to be eaten at the swimming pool. So the guest's right to breakfast that has been paid for is lost.

staying at this hotel is comfortable, the food has many variations, complete fitness equipment. the only thing that disappoints is the car park. there are empty parking spaces, in fact they are not allowed to be filled, the security said it had been booked by the person staying, if you want to book it you have to go to the receptionist. when I asked the receptionist there was no such policy, if the parking space is empty it can be filled... even though I also stayed at the ALTS hotel... so it made me confused 😔😔

For a *4 class, you should already know the service standards of a star hotel, far behind one of the *3 hotels in Lahat in terms of SERVICE. The receptionist is not friendly, Disappointed with the restaurant that cannot accommodate the number of guests so we eat while standing & fighting for space with other guests, the food is not very varied & the cleanliness of the room is minus because the glass & table are dusty & the bathroom doesn't smell good, what's more this hotel doesn't provide EXTRA BED at all, so it's not very helpful for guests who have more than 1 small child

Very satisfied staying here. Just a suggestion, in the future, add more chairs in the lobby. So if you are queuing to check in/out, you can get a seat. The restaurant, the food is delicious and has many variations. It's just that, in the future, expand or add more tables and chairs. When it's crowded, many have difficulty finding a table. Until walking around the restaurant. Hopefully in the future the restaurant will be expanded. Overall, great. Clean, tidy rooms, and friendly staff. The swimming pool is nice.

Just arrived to check in, no smile or even greeting. The room I requested was not yet available, asked how long to wait, the staff could not give a time. During breakfast, it was difficult to find a seat, there were only a few staff, so they only informed me that if the seats were full, they could go to the second floor, not directing me to an empty seat (maybe because of the Eid holiday). Asked to clean the dining table until asking twice, and even then it was still a long wait, even though the table next to me was cleaned immediately. Parking was difficult and not directed.
