I did not feel like I stay in a hotel but in a studio - room apartment. I like it. Staying there for 3 persons in suite room feels spacious. there are king bed, dining table, kitchen, fridge, water dispenser, smart TV,dressing mirror, sofa & big wardrobe. Need to add is, clothes hanger inside the bathroom and better to provide electric kettle instead of water dispenser. Overall was good.

Nice place to stay, but it so weird when no hanger available in the bathroom, I don't know how to hang my towel, etc.

Staffs are good, but management s***s. I left note through this app for them, to provide iron & hairdryer. Once my booking done, I quickly called through Whatsapp to the hotel to confirm. The hotel receptionist only confirmed my booking and didn't say nor explain any other things. Once we arrived, boom! They didn't allow us to enter room, required us to pay deposit Rp100k. That time we just arrived from overseas without local cash on hands, then they wanted to hold original ID card. So either put deposit Rp100k or they keep your ID card/ passport. They did take the scan of it but still insisted to keep the original. They said it's the management rules. Then why don't they put in the app t&c? Argued with the manager about that and he just simply said they couldn't put the t&c because no place to write down (such a funny excuse). Then I asked for the hairdryer & iron as we mentioned before, they said they don't lend it for free, we need to rent it. The heck! If really true that they don't get any space to write down their so called t&c on the traveloka platform, then why didn't they inform us earlier when we confirmed our booking? The manager who said his name is Andy, just said "if you're not happy you're free to leave, then you can explain yourself to online agent. We have many guests here and they have no problem with our rules". Such an arrogant manager 🙄

A perfect place to stay, the atmosphere is amazing, the wi-fi is blazing fast, and the staff is delightful and eager to help. If you're looking for a getaway from your stressful daily life, The Axara is a must-try! Definitely recommended.

Room was spacious and clean, new property. Also available space for cooking with plates, bowl, glass etc. Recommend to stay longer.

I spent 4 days here on holiday in Bali during the rainy season, but I really enjoyed it because the hotel was clean, not noisy and the staff were very friendly. Basically, 10/10 for Axara Hotel👍

Maybe for kitchen facilities such as stoves and others if they are rented, they should be written in the marketing section or informed to consumers ... because from the advertisement there is information that there is a kitchen with small stove facilities and others, it turns out that when there the information officer must rent, to avoid public complaints, it is better to inform.
