Dengan booking di traveloka saya berharap kamar yang lebih baik. Nomer kamar: 703. Kamar nomer 703 yang saya dapat: poin -1 lantai paling atas, tidak terjangkau Lift, lift hanya sampai lantai 6 + naik tangga untuk ke lantai 7. 2 space kamar pas mepet dengan kasur, tidak ada ruang gerak kecuali arah ke toilet. 3 saking mepet space nya hingga tidak ada ruang buat saya sholat walau ada petunjuk arah kiblat nya. 4 air mandi tidak lari ke arah afur pembuangan, tapi ke arah sebaliknya ke pintu kamar mandi. 5 menu sarapan kurang bervariasi, hanya 1 menu utama dan menu tambahan lainnya selalu sama setiap hari. Menu sama: roti tawar, selai strawberry, mentega, meses coklat, kopi, teh, bolu gulung mini, buat dingin, minuman manis, air putih. Menu utama beda. Hari 1 gulai opor ayam dengan daging potonga. Kecil kecil. Hari 2 nasi goreng, telur, gorengan. Poin+1 linen bersih. 2 handuk bersih. 3 toiletries oke. 4 pelayanan ramah. 5 shower OK. Menu makanan kurang bervariasi. Hari sabtu menu 1 menu utama gulai opor daging ayam nya kecil kecil dan banyak tulang nya, roti panggang, kopi, teh, buah dingin. Hari minggu 1 menu utama nasi goreng + menu telur, lainnya sama roti dan kopi teh buah.

The hotel is just OK, not the best and not the worse too when I compare with other 3 star hotel that I've been try, the things who made me little bit disappoint during the check in I've request for breakfast box due to my flight bit early and I have to leave the hotel at 7: 00 am, they said they able to do it even though just bread and jam OK with that, but during check out there is no one give me that breakfast box.

AC is not working properly. Very hot dan noisy. I stay for three days. Very terrible. Extend check out time to 1 PM charge 30 % from rate room. It 's only a hour to extend.
