Overall good, comfortable, and clean😊🥰 However, unfortunately you can only order one menu from the 3 menus available for breakfast for 6 people in one villa. Suggestion maybe next time you can choose several desired menus🙏🏼

A very comfortable and memorable place for my honeymoon, friendly staff, even though without air conditioning the atmosphere was quite cold because it was in the highlands. Nice villas.

The staff is friendly and fast, the place is also clean. I want to stay there again next time.

Lokasi strategis dekat museum angkut, kamar bersih, fasilitas oke, staff ramah.

We thought it would be a beautiful place. But sadly, it wasn't. When we opened the window, downside it so dirty and full of trash. The Jacuzzi isn't working. That 's not a Jacuzzi guy that is a bathup. No AC. Electricity went down in the evening. The toilet has a very bad smell-No Fan. And the funny thing is that the admin was so afraid that we don't leave on time. So she texted me several times. She said,"Please check out on time, or maybe you will leave early? What the heck right. 😳.

Tempatnya oke, respon staff cukup baik. Tapi kecewa sama jacuzzi nya. Jacuzzi kok airnya dingin. Gak hangat sama sekali, udah gitu ngisinya pake shower butuh waktu lama (banget). Udah lapor ke staff, kata teknisinya karena kapasitas tangki water heater nya terbatas kalau kamar lainnya lagi nyala, kamar kami gak bisa hangat. Pilih villa 'mahal' di sini mau cari jacuzzi tapi ternyata gak disediakan dengan baik, maaf kami berikan ulasan buruk karena kami kecewa.

Bagus banget villanya, view nya bagus, tempat bersih, admin dan karyawannya sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. 🥹🫶🏻.

Hot water for the bathtub does not come out

For me, for this price, once is enough and I won't go back to the 17C unit unless there is an improvement :) so so. In my opinion: + Service is very friendly and quite good. Chat response is quite fast. + Interior is very nice and attractive. + Jacuzzi is inside, not like on the terrace in the upper unit (17B). + Prayer mats, cutlery, hair dryer, two bottles of drinking water, glasses, coffee tea, electric kettle, toiletries are provided. + Almost the whole room smells good. + The view is good when it's not foggy. + Clean towels. - We were asked by the admin what time we would check-in, and for me that was a bit awkward. We chatted with the admin, estimated that we would arrive there at 15.00, it turned out that we arrived earlier at 14.30 (30 minutes earlier than expected, even though it said we could check-in starting at 14.00), and it turned out that the unit had not been cleaned up so we had to wait for them to fix it. - The dirty mat from the previous guest was not replaced. - You can have hot water, but you have to fight over the top unit, especially the jacuzzi. We got hot water in the jacuzzi when it started turning on at 5 in the morning, even then 15-20 minutes later it was already mixed with cold water again. The heat only came out for about 10 minutes at first, after that it started lukewarm and got colder. Apart from at dawn/morning, the water in the jacuzzi tends to be cold, just like a cold bath like that 🥲. The whirl from the jacuzzi tends to be low. Disappointed about this jacuzzi, even though we were interested in booking because of the jacuzzi. - Noisy if other units also have guests. The sound from the side and top units is quite audible. Even that night the side unit set the music really loud and annoying, exceeding the time limit that should have been because the regulations were only allowed until 10 at night, whether reprimanded or not by the villa. - Wifi at that time was very slow. It's useless. - The TV is either connected to the antenna or not because there are no channels at all. He said he could only netflix and the like, but the wifi was really slow. It's useless there is a TV that can't be used 🥲. - The mattress is rather hard, not comfortable.

The villa is nice, clean and comfortable. Only minus the wifi is a bit slow. So it can't be made on netflix.

The service has a bad attitude, the bed sheets are a bit smelly, the bathtub is dirty, not recommended.

Kita di cendana 17B sangat kecewa dengan ketersedian air karena villa penuh, kamar bawah dan samping, akhirnya kita tidak mandi, air tidak keluar sama sekali, berisik dengan kamar sebelah, sangat tidak nyaman, bisa dibayangkan tidak ada air dan keluhan hanya diliat tandan bawah secara harusnya kalau kalau sudah kelas villa air jangan sharing dengan rumah sebelah atau bawah, sudah begitu sang admin WA tanya check in early apa on time, parah!
