The staff is polite, and the hotel is in good condition. What needs to be improved is that the TV is not a smart TV, all the shows are still local, and the AC also needs maintenance.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom was also clean and had hot water. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When checking out, my wife left her phone at the front desk. The receptionist contacted me and my wife's phone was secured. I picked it up about 4 hours later. The receptionist confirmed that the phone was indeed my wife's. Then gave it to us without any hassle. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

A nice and strategic hotel in the middle of Malang city center (near the town square). Although a 3 star, this hotel is very elegant and beautiful with its European feel. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the check in and check out process is easy. Very good and recommended hotel π

The staff is very fast. When you arrive, you are immediately served and your bag is brought. The place is nice and very calm. The facilities are normal. It can be used for healing. Thank you Grand Palace and Traveloka. Hopefully, the service can be maintained and maybe the room can be provided with perfume or air circulation to avoid musty odors. but Overall, almost perfect! thank you!

Stayed here overnight on a whim so I chose randomly, choosing one with breakfast because I was too lazy to bother looking for it outside, but all the breakfast flavors served were either bland or weird, and there were only a few variations, and is it really the default for hotel breakfast to have milk and cereal? The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is not spacious but comfortable enough, the bathroom is clean, there is only a smell that comes from the sewage, the interior is in ancient Roman style, otherwise it is okay, the parking is quite spacious, there is Netflix but you have to use your own account.
