The staff is very fast. When you arrive, you are immediately served and your bag is brought. The place is nice and very calm. The facilities are normal. It can be used for healing. Thank you Grand Palace and Traveloka. Hopefully, the service can be maintained and maybe the room can be provided with perfume or air circulation to avoid musty odors. but Overall, almost perfect! thank you!

Stayed here overnight on a whim so I chose randomly, choosing one with breakfast because I was too lazy to bother looking for it outside, but all the breakfast flavors served were either bland or weird, and there were only a few variations, and is it really the default for hotel breakfast to have milk and cereal? There wasn't any here ๐

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is not spacious but comfortable enough, the bathroom is clean, there is only a smell that comes from the sewage, the interior is in ancient Roman style, otherwise it is okay, the parking is quite spacious, there is Netflix but you have to use your own account.

Highly recommended hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though breakfast is not varied, all the food is delicious. Just walk to Malang Square, in front of the hotel there are lots of fruit sellers. There were items left behind after checking out directly on WhatsApp and I asked to send them to my home address and they arrived. The grand palace is the best. Thank you so much.

I never get bored staying here. It is always a recommended and regular hotel when I have friends visiting Malang. Close to the city center, it is fast to go anywhere, the road access is wide and in one direction. Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out process, security can valet if the car park is crowded. The hotel atmosphere is calm, relaxed and soundproof. Stayed 2x in an executive room with a balcony, can relax in the morning while brewing tea/coffee. The room is also clean and spacious, there is a mini fridge and safe. Complete toiletries, clean towels and get slippers.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to the town square and shopping center. The hotel is designed with luxurious Roman architecture that also carries the go green concept so it feels comfortable. The service is good, especially the receptionist. The hotel is clean but does not have a water tap for ablution and the breakfast menu is not very varied.
