Location was very good. The beach was lovely. Service was good. The room need to improve, as the bed location is directly under the AC grill you can feel the wind striking the face and body. Room cleaning was good but need to improve. Overall had a good and comfortable stay.

Undoubtedly still the best hotel in Seminyak. Spacious and beautiful (if not only slighty dated) rooms, lovely expansive grounds and pool, wide and cleanest/tidiest beachfront in Seminyak, and amazing staff.

Very long service. The moment we arrived, we had to wait almost an hour to check in. There are unexpected rules that are not explained about hotel rules. Rules are too tight which makes feel uncomfortable and supervised. The location is nice, the rooms are very spacious, the interior looks quaint, the food choices are few.
