In my opinion, it's almost 100% perfect. The only thing to consider is the parking lot, which isn't that big. The rooms and facilities are all comfortable. The staff are also friendly. I really admire the service from the restaurant team for breakfast. At that time, I had breakfast quite late, around 9 am. It was high season, there were a lot of guests. Well, while I was eating, I accidentally heard the staff going around and coordinating with their team about what food was almost finished. I accidentally overheard their conversation, "Add more, add more.. It's a shame if those who haven't had breakfast don't have enough food." They kept adding more! Quick. Even though it was quite late. In other hotels that I've stayed at, usually at that time if guests haven't had breakfast, they just get the leftovers. So, I think they really respect their guests. Then, for the breakfast cutlery, maybe they need to add a small spoon/fork...

The place is comfortable, close to the city center, but on weekends the parking lot is full, you have to look for an alternative parking lot which is sometimes also full.

Overall good experience, but could be improved for Wi-Fi connection and speed. It's too slow. Also, the shower could be improved as well. I need to hold the push to use the shower. Everything else is perfect.

Located in the best part of Bandung City, in the proximity of some touristic objects. Nice room, clean and so family friendly. My room faced the gorgeous swimming pool. Room-to-room soundproof wall is perfect and the bathroom is nice. What I like was the strong water emission making the shower time so relaxing. This hotel is excellent for a family staycation or business.
