The service is not very friendly for families, I asked for a room downstairs and near the lift if possible, but instead I was given the opposite, as if the receptionist did it on purpose.

Initially I was excited because I was given the 20th floor with the best view as noted… but it turned out that the room was just ordinary and old 🙏 maybe my suggestion is that it needs to be renovated. And the hallway was a bit dark even though there were some lights on but there were also some lights that were off even though it was daytime but maybe it was cloudy, then the food was also ordinary and the waiter was probably overwhelmed because there was a gathering from another office at that time. Then the sky pool seemed to be poorly maintained (lots of dirt and the toilet was not very good) even though the view was already good.

When I first arrived at check in, the staff were very friendly. They also gave me options for rooms on this or that floor, so I didn't decide for myself. There are also many variations on the breakfast menu, although there were some menus that tasted lacking, but it didn't matter, because there were still many other breakfast menu variations. Moreover, it was complete, starting from traditional, western, Chinese, to Indonesian. I plan to stay here for New Year's Eve. Hopefully I won't run out of rooms. Thank you Rich ♡

I was on vacation with my family and for this hotel in general it was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and the cleanliness was maintained. Just a little input so that the car parking location should be given a special location for hotel guests, when the conditions are full you have to park in the mall which makes it uncomfortable for those who bring vehicles.

It's really noisy because the room isn't soundproof, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, the room smells of cigarette smoke, the AC isn't cold, luckily there's a mall next to the hotel, so it's nice so you don't have to stay in the room all the time, the location is also strategic, close to everywhere

-LIFT QUEUE 30 MINUTES (씨발 짠졲) thanks for making it healthy to go up and down the emergency stairs
-dirty room, rusty chiller, bathroom refill water flush takes a long time…
-breakfast variety is quite a lot, taste is quite good.
-parking is quite spacious (there is a basement)
