The location is very near Alun Alun and Pusat Grosir Solo (walking distance), the ambience is good, the room is exactly like in the web picture. If you want to buy traditional snack or oleh2, you can go to Pasar Gede with becak (aprox. Time only 5 minutes) the only minus here: The pool depth is 1,40 m from corner to corner. Not kids friendly if you have babies or toddler. But beside that, I would love to come again to this Hotel:).

Great hotel at the Center of the City. Nice room. Good Restaurant and food. Nice swimming pool. And fitness center.

The location was in the middle of Solo and the room was big. The building is quite an old one but really like the heritage vibes of the hotel. You can find many batik patterns in the wall and ‘ wayang’ in every corner of this hotel. This hotel really represents Solo as a Batik City.

Very recommended staying here. Spacey and clean room, nice amd responsive staffs. The hotel is closed to culinary center, and in Sunday, the car free day event is exactly in front of the hotel.

The rooms we stayed in were damp, dusty and smelled like"old rooms". It was a beautiful hotel and supposedly managed by Accor but the rooms are not well maintained or cleaned. It was way below my expectation and it was not worth the money.
