The Sahira is now different from the past. The service is very lacking, the lobby is hot and stuffy, no one helps lift luggage. I stayed in room 514, the light in front of the bathroom was off.. dark. the phone in the room didn't work soap, shampoo, toilet paper ran out..from the start it was out, already asked the receptionist but it hadn't been delivered. the view from the window outside the garbage disposal area. what's more scary is sleeping here even though it's crowded because the family room feels really long.. my sister and my nephew smelled an unpleasant odor from before dusk and there was another in the middle of the night like the smell of dirt.. sorry but that's next to the bed. really scary gesss. I often stay at Sahira, but more often at Paledang. never give up staying here, because it's child-friendly.. maybe later they'll be more fussy or ask to change rooms if they get this room again 😁

The hotel always appears in the traveloka search, so I chose this hotel. When I arrived, it looked like the picture, but when I entered the room, it was a bit lacking. The room was cramped and the decoration was very old. The drawers were old, and so was the bathroom. How can you get a room close to a family group, it's noisy and there's a baby crying at night. Maybe it can be improved in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure updates
