Nice hotel, room quite big, clean and tidy room. Street food area not far from the hotel. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast main course not too many options but the side dish quite vary. Overall it's a pleasant experience, recommended hotel.

Very friendly service, there are prayer mats, many cafes around the hotel, breakfast is sufficient, the swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly and intensively, the room facilities need to be improved again, such as the AC in the family deluxe room needs to be checked first by the maintenance team because it was not cold and the indicator rope did not move, hot water could not be used

Initially I wanted to get a room on the top floor, but it turned out to be full. Thank God I got a room on the 3rd floor which was more spacious and comfortable. The kids were very happy. The Ramadhan atmosphere was very pronounced in this hotel. Thank you to The Sahira Hotel with its friendly staff. God willing, next month we will have another staycation to experience the Ramadhan atmosphere at The Sahira Hotel 🙏

The hotel always appears in the traveloka search, so I chose this hotel. When I arrived, it looked like the picture, but when I entered the room, it was a bit lacking. The room was cramped and the decoration was very old. The drawers were old, and so was the bathroom. How can you get a room close to a family group, it's noisy and there's a baby crying at night. Maybe it can be improved in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure updates

Had an unpleasant experience staying here. I think it’s more of a 2- or 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star. The price is already expensive enough and not worth the experience.
1. I checked in late (at 3 am), but the room was still not ready and was transferred to another room.
2. It turned out that the amenities in the room were incomplete. There were no hotel slippers, toilet tissue, coffee, soap-shampoo for the toilet sink. Had to ask for it first before it was delivered to the room.
3. The room phone was broken, couldn’t call the receptionist. The WA number was only given when I complained to the downstairs, not at the beginning when checking in.
4. The hallway was very dirty, lots of hair and dust, as if it hadn’t been swept/mopped.
5. The bed cover was very wrinkled as if it hadn’t been replaced by the previous guest, fortunately I could ask for it to be replaced/covered with sheets.
6. The hot water didn’t work. Checked by technician at night but still working the next day
7. One of the mattresses smells of t*i, maybe from spilled something or damp or what I don't know.
Fortunately, the hotel followed up quickly after the complaint. But I prefer not to experience this discomfort in the first place.
Overall not recommended.

1. I stayed on the 7th floor and from above I could hear the sound of tables or chairs being moved continuously, it was very disturbing and I had informed the hotel but it was still heard even at night when we wanted to rest.

the room is clean, spacious enough to bring a toddler, we request a room with a connecting door, comfortable enough for a family trip, the downside is the refrigerator is not cold, we immediately called the staff and immediately replaced the refrigerator with a new one that is cold, the TV can't work and we called the staff who immediately came and immediately fixed it

have stayed here several times and lastly yesterday around the hotel there are more and more restaurants and cafes that are good to visit. the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is also quite good, just need improvement and the bathroom fireplace and door.

The hotel is an old model with many shortcomings and the swimming pool is dirty and not cleaned. When I got home, my child had sore eyes because the pool water was not clean.
