This is my first time reviewing a hotel because usually I'm fine, this is a 4-star hotel. From the outside it's very luxurious, the room is still okay but the cleanliness is very unfortunate. The receptionist is a bit mediocre. Initially said there were no rooms given a room with a connecting room, I refused to be given another room, the AC was not cold moved again to another room. Because I was tired I went straight to bed, in the morning I found menstrual blood on the bed then complained asking for it to be cleaned and the mattress to be replaced but when I returned to the room only the sheets were replaced. In fact the menstrual blood was on the springbed mattress and was still there. I have deleted the first photo, this is the photo that they said had been replaced. Not staying here again 🙏🏻
