Nice hotel, room quite big, clean and tidy room. Street food area not far from the hotel. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast main course not too many options but the side dish quite vary. Overall it's a pleasant experience, recommended hotel.

The Sahira is now different from the past. The service is very lacking, the lobby is hot and stuffy, no one helps lift luggage. Book connecting rooms with the excuse that they are full even though they are empty, no one is staying there. Breakfast is not AYCE, the swimming pool is very dirty and has not been cleaned. The gym is very dirty.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the room area is clean, the room and bathroom are clean, the water in the bathroom is large, there is a tap that can be used for ablution because not all hotels have taps that can be used for ablution, impressive for me and my husband. With a pocket-friendly rate for a 4-star hotel, but if the takoyaki and pancakes were served warm, it would be even better. Thanks Sahira Hotel management.

I stayed in room 514, the light in front of the bathroom was off.. dark. the phone in the room didn't work
soap, shampoo, toilet paper ran out..from the start it was out, already asked the receptionist but it hadn't been delivered. the view from the window outside the garbage disposal area.
what's more scary is sleeping here even though it's crowded because the family room feels really long.. my sister and my nephew smelled an unpleasant odor from before dusk and there was another in the middle of the night like the smell of dirt.. sorry but that's next to the bed. really scary gesss.
I often stay at Sahira, but more often at Paledang.
never give up staying here, because it's child-friendly.. maybe later they'll be more fussy or ask to change rooms if they get this room again 😁

Increase the number of PA and HK staff to maintain the cleanliness of the indoor areas of the hotel, whether it is from FO, restaurant, corridor, elevator, hallway and especially rooms. Towels or other linens do not smell like laundry and are a bit dull. Can also be used as a note for linen cleanliness. Even the curtains are a bit brown in color and store a lot of dust. The swimming pool water is cloudy. There are even used plates from guests in front of the room door until all night long no one cleans them. Hopefully in the future the cleanliness of the hotel area can be improved.
The food has many variations, it is also delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

when going up to the top floor, the elevator was broken, so I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a technician to be called to check the elevator, when on the hallway floor leading to the room the lights had not been turned on, so it was a bit dark in the hallway. the rest was okay.

Very friendly service, there are prayer mats, many cafes around the hotel, breakfast is sufficient, the swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly and intensively, the room facilities need to be improved again, such as the AC in the family deluxe room needs to be checked first by the maintenance team because it was not cold and the indicator rope did not move, hot water could not be used

Initially I wanted to get a room on the top floor, but it turned out to be full. Thank God I got a room on the 3rd floor which was more spacious and comfortable. The kids were very happy. The Ramadhan atmosphere was very pronounced in this hotel. Thank you to The Sahira Hotel with its friendly staff. God willing, next month we will have another staycation to experience the Ramadhan atmosphere at The Sahira Hotel 🙏

The hotel always appears in the traveloka search, so I chose this hotel. When I arrived, it looked like the picture, but when I entered the room, it was a bit lacking. The room was cramped and the decoration was very old. The drawers were old, and so was the bathroom. How can you get a room close to a family group, it's noisy and there's a baby crying at night. Maybe it can be improved in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure updates
