Dirty, dark, there are even dead chickens in the river which are surrounded by big flies.” Car parking is also difficult, sorry but I don't really feel at home even though it's still late, I don't know how to come at night.

Booked on a discounted price. Overall check-in and check-out process was painless and the room was as expected. However, don't be fooled by the pictures because overall quality and cleanliness was not on par with the picture. Regardless, the stay was overall within expectations of the budget and would definitely recommend for anyone looking within the price range.

The rooms are very nice and spacious! The view is pretty good, because behind it, the river can overflow if it rains. Cleanliness is 0 big, the bathroom is dirty the water doesn't come out. The water in the toilet smells really bad so we don't dare to use the toilet water. The kitchen tap water doesn't work at all. The receptionist is slow and there is no phone at all to contact the receptionist, you have to move forward pretty well.

I'm really surprise by the cheapest price you get in seminyak, apparently the room are not clean, the shower are broken, they have smelly couch in the room maybe because pf people are sitting on it after swimming, the lights is to dim in the bedroom, not really a pleasant stay.

Too bad the room is not clean even though the facilities are pretty good, lots of bird droppings and insects enter the room, the car park is very narrow, the cleanliness of the terrace and yard must be considered by the manager to make it more pleasant

it's a great hotel, has a wide room, and great view. it's located in seminyak wich is near from bunch of good places. But still, this hotel need some improvements such as: 1) please clean the dishes troughoutly, the dishes in my room still has oil on it 2) repair your plumbing, the water always logged either in sink or in shower chamber 3) the water from faucet is smelly, please use better water source. 4) clean the room oftenly, some spot has a pile of dust. other part just fine.

The villa is spacious, clean enough and they have the terrace that is nice to have a chit chat with your loved one at night, the kitchen also fully equipped that I can cook for my loved ones everyday... unfortunately they don't automatically clean your room everyday, you need to ask them first but overall I love this place... I really hope that the pool will be cleaned daily because I stay there almost 2 weeks but the pool didn't seem clean to me.. and the furnitures are a bit old but fully functioning so its fine.. the price is really great for such services.. definitely will comeback..

The place is very spacious, the facilities are also classified as affordable, the staff are friendly but for cleanliness it needs to be reviewed again, and the battub is hesitant to use it because the shower shower is not comfortable for the bath, the sofa and curtain I feel need to be cleaned 😁 But the atmosphere is very comfortable and calm from all that I feel comfortable living there bed is also comfortable, lighting is also okay 👍
