I don't know. Maybe hotel tried to survive. Drink water compliment served with refill bottle only 1 bottle breakfast also serve by order & poor quality. No napkin (Kleenex) in the bedroom. The towels that provide for guests. Hackneyed.

I booked lastminutes and just stay here for a transit since it midnight and my friend already feel asleep. Good thing the security could help our check in nicely. The room is spacious but just nothing inside. The pillow is not to comfy that I couldn't use it as pillow, flat. The mattras need to be replaced. But the bathroom is clean unpredictablely. Also the room smell moldy when we first enter the room. But overall its a fit the price hotel.

Deluxe and regular rooms have different towels. When I first checked in, I chose a standard room, but the white towels turned brown because they were so dirty. The next day, I moved to the living pool room, but it turned out to be different and I was given white towels. I wonder how they are different in the same hotel 😃😃

First time staying here.. Initially I got a room with AC that wasn't cold enough, so I asked the hotel staff to move rooms.. The bathroom didn't have a partition so when I took a shower the water would get wet until it came out.. There were only 2 pillows, the towels were dull, the TV only had 4 channels, the telephone didn't work.. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, there were only a few menus and you only had to choose 1 🤭

The location is very strategic, the room is quite clean, only the room is not soundproof. We stayed for 2 nights and did not get a good quality of sleep because next to our room there seemed to be a nightclub and it was very disturbing at night. The sound of music and songs played at night was very disturbing.
