Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

Favourite hotel ! I’ve been here several times this year for staycation and I always feel happy to come! Nice hotel, clean , kind staff and helpful Nice breakfast , amazing pool the bed was so comfy it’s like there’s no room for improvement here 🥳

This hotel is great... the room is huge and clean. Every room is equipped with jacuzzi outdoor, nice for relaxing time. A great hotel also for family (kids) got a nice swimming pool and kids club as well..

Trans Hotel has always been our first choice.
Never disappoint. The room is very comfortable, staffs are always nice and friendly, food tastes amazing and the ambiance is heavenly.

Overall very good! Despite not all the food was good but they have a lots of variety so you can choose. It was not a bad choice for us for having honeymoon there and we will come back for sure!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, wedding anniversary. The hotel is fantastic, the room so tidy & super clean. All the staff are very kind & so helpful. They have a lot of choices for the breakfast. We love it. Definitely Will come back again

I make reservations in some hotel 5 star and only in this hotel I can tell you they have excellent Service for all staff, the cleaners are excellent they ask 2 times in a day for clean, I order fry noodle (bihun goreng) they made it for me, all the food its good.
