We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

I have a good experience during stay in here. Unique for accommodation like a caravan. A lot of variant breakfast menu. Taste also nice and acceptable I think.

Our family really had a great stay here. The service was excellent. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. We loved the park and my child had fun in the playground too. The breakfast at The Valley Bistro and Cafe was very good. The food from the room service was also good. We are very pleased and will definitely find other opportunities to return. the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, the food is very delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, you can sleep soundly while listening to the sound of insects.
the view is incredibly beautiful, the staff are friendly.
the gym is great, the pool is clean.
if there is a suggestion, the whirlpool and sauna should be fixed. because it happened to be broken and not working. and the toiletries could probably be made better. overall this hotel is really cool.

for access the road is a bit in and very scary with the incline
it turns out the hotel building is different we checked in first at the receptionist..I ordered a caravan room which is located below so I still have to go down by car and it is quite far from the receptionist and the restaurant
the room is quite spacious but the bed is hard..all the amenities are complete but the tissue is not refilled like it was used before the person stayed so I had to ask for it again
in the caravan room the view is the best because there is a balcony facing the mountains
there are many children's facilities such as horse riding byr 50 thousand and playing golf byr 90 thousand basically it's fun so the children won't get bored
for delicious food even though there aren't many choices
all the staff are friendly and very helpful
I left something behind and I want it sent to my address..thanks to the valet and continued success

Everything met my expectations. The pool services with hot water are only on weekends, on Sunday morning exactly. The hotel is well-maintained and the food, some of it, met my expectations, such as the breakfast and the chicken Gordon blue. I ordered soto ayam for my lunch, but this food was below my expectation. But so far, I enjoyed my staycation at the Valley Resort Hotel Dago Atas. Thank you.

from Check on, then swimming plus there are traditional snacks plus delicious bajigur, at BB there is a cool natural atmosphere, there are many variations of breakfast, the atmosphere is supportive, you can see birds, deer plus you can ride horses and play golf, basically it is recommended plus we will come back again someday.

the view is beautiful, but the position requires going up and down quite a few stairs if you want to go to the room or go out, especially when it rains you will definitely get wet..
