Overall still a good experience staying here. But a few things need to improve, especially cleanliness. The floor was dirty and a lot of debris in the corner of the room.

I was amazed by the service, yesterday I checked in around 12 or 1 am, the guy in charge was very friendly, unfortunately I didn't see the nametag 🥹 The guy in charge this afternoon was also nice, the explanation about the room and its facilities during check-in was very clear, the check-out process didn't take long, it was really cool. The room itself was very comfortable, the sheets and all the linens were clean and fragrant, the AC and shower worked well, there was hot water, complete amenities, the TV was smart, the night view was quite good. Maybe a little suggestion for the bathroom door stopper is still not strong enough, actually it's not a problem for us but I'm afraid other guests will be disturbed. Overall very great for the price offered, highly recommended!

The room is comfortable, but the most disturbing thing is the noise of vehicles from the road. Maybe you can install a sound dampener or something in the room. The position of the TV is not aligned with the bed so it is not comfortable to watch

the place is very comfortable and clean, it's just a shame that I got the room at the front near the road so it was noisy, but overall it was cool, I got snacks and cute dolls.. I thought I wouldn't get breakfast but I got another surprise, 2 burgers were sent in the morning.. aahh thank you The W Avenue, keep up the good work. I will come back again with my family.

3-night stay experience:
1. The application room key turned out to be difficult to use and ended up moving rooms using a manual key,
2. The bathroom floor is slippery, with a bath mat that doesn't absorb water
3. The bathroom door is only half? if someone poops, the aroma can enter the room even though there is an exhaust and then close it really tight, it can break all the glass. Danger!
4. Clothes hangers are attached to the wall.
5. If there is an unpleasant aroma in the morning, it is quite disturbing.
6. The staff service is friendly
7. The motorbike parking is messy.

Stayed when the hotel was newly opened, there were still some works by the workers, but it was still fine, not disturbing. It is located in a crowded area, it is not difficult to find food, including street vendors. It's just that the hotel is located at a busy intersection, so it's quite noisy with vehicles until midnight. The room is comfortable, there is a balcony, new and quality furniture. It's just lacking hangers for towels or clothes, both in the room and the bathroom. Adding chairs would be better...

Good location, limited facilities because the hotel is still in the finishing stage it seems. The service from the staff is very good. The room is not comfortable because the mattress often makes a sound like the bed frame is broken but when checked it is safe and makes sleeping uncomfortable because the sound is quite loud even though only a little movement, then the next thing that makes it uncomfortable is the bathroom which is not blurry enough and staying with friends because it really penetrates. Because the hotel is still very new, the mat still has its tag, it's not a big problem, the real problem is the towel which hasn't even been laundered so it can't be used at all. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.
