Awal saya masuk kamar, kamar memang tidak bersih sempurna tapi dapat ditoleransi. Saya menghubungi resepsionis karena tidak ada handuk di kamar dan sprey banyak rambut kecil”. Petugas langsung datang, mengganti sprey, tapi bedcover sudah habis stocknya. Tetapi sprey yg dinganti juga ada rambut” kecil dan sarung bantalnya benar benar sudah buruk sekali.

For it 's price range, I think it was well worth it. But still, having no room housekeeping for a 3-day stay is quite bothering. Bed sheets were a bit damp and stained, along with the pillows, but still usable for a good night 's sleep. Some of the wall corners were stained and moldy. I couldn't get a wifi connection either (SSID doesn't show up), and cellular network was poor. The only good thing was the AC, which was super cold.

1). Syok banget pas ketemu ada Tikus d kamar. 😣😣😣🐭. 2). Trus kamar bau Rokok padahal kamar non smoking. 3). Teras bawah/lobby bau pesing dan bau baju kotor. Ternyata mereka bawa spray, handuk kotor lewat lobby depan. Sangat disayangkn. Harusny bisa lewat pintu belakang atw jalan alternatif lainny.

You get what you paid. No towels, no amenities, kind of dirty and humid room. But yeah it's cheap and quite good location.

There was no drinks, no towel, no soap, dirty bed and dirty floor which there were some cigarette butt dude!

Room I stayed still dirty and both bed and pillow sheet have not change yet. The AC did not worked properly so the room is still hot. Water water shower not so. Strong. The only good thing was the housekeeper is a robot.

Room is ok, but the benefit mentioned in app and stated in the hotel voucher as free late check in for 2 hours, was not applied by the hotel. Really disappointing as we need that benefit.
