Disappointed with the young female receptionist staff, got a room that was not according to what I ordered, and was very unfriendly. Speaking to the customer in a high tone and very impolite. Fortunately when checking out, the staff was different with more professional and responsive ladies.

Booked a room here for the CPNS exam last week with a friend. Staying here for 1 night was pretty good. I thought I would get a room with a window but it turned out there wasn't one, so the room felt dim with no lighting from outside. When checking in, the receptionist was very friendly in serving me, when I wanted to enter the room I had trouble getting in because the card was in the wrong position, the staff immediately helped me to get in the room. The room was quite comfortable for lying down and lying down, but unfortunately on the bed I was staying in there was 1 small spot like a blood stain and there were 2 mosquitoes that had fallen on the blanket. The AC felt quite cold but unfortunately the TV couldn't be turned on. In the room, there were 2 towels for bathing & 1 small towel in the toilet for a mat. In the toilet, there were 2 toothbrushes & mini-sized toothpaste and also a small bottle of soap for bathing. The hotel was quiet, the number of customers could be counted on the fingers when I stayed. I had time to leave my things, namely a backpack containing clothes, toiletries, prayer equipment & makeup to the security to leave for the exam in Kemayoran. Alhamdulillah when I took the items and their contents, everything was safe without a single thing missing, the security guard was very kind and friendly.

I've stayed here 3 times. It was quite comfortable at first. But the 3rd time I was so discouraged that I didn't want to stay there again. At 11 pm the door to the room was opened by an unknown person. Luckily it was locked manually from the inside. The security reason was that another guest in the room had the wrong room & apparently got the master access key. I asked for CCTV until H+2 after the incident, I haven't been informed about the reason for the access from the leader. An important problem like this but not responded to quickly. The morning shift security also didn't copy last night's problem🙄.

just entered, there were 4 small animals like cockroaches on the floor and in other areas, sleeping so the mattress and pillows smelled bad...it turned out that the room was clean and good, then the elevator died, where is the buset on the 5th floor, staff question etc. already friendly
