The hotel is strategically located near the west coast. Friendly staff and easy administration when checking in and checking out. Complete facilities include a swimming pool and wifi. Uni Beach Hotel is one of our choices to stay when going to Pangandaran, but unfortunately when we stayed yesterday one of the bed conditions seemed unstable and the legs were unbalanced so that it made a sound when used, and clothes from previous guests were found in the closet that had been missed being cleaned.

It is definitely comfortable and at home with a sweet smile from the receptionist, spacious rooms, spacious and free parking. Access to the beach is also close.

a pretty good hotel, just cross the road to the beach.. too bad I got it on the 3rd floor, tired of going up and down the stairs haha but overall it was good

not standard hotel, no toothbrush, shampoo... toiletries, towels must be requested first before being delivered. no coffee, tea, sugar, etc... blood stained sheets... (forgot to take a photo) AC error, turns off by itself, temperature is always 26. water for bathing is clogged. the hotel should understand, should provide more shower space... for hot water is satisfactory... the price is according to the conditions... and we also understand because of the situation where the access is directly to the beach. cheap and cheerful...... the rooms are always full.

Sorry, 6 people stayed but only 3 towels were given, no soap or sandals, the toilet was broken. Please fix the facilities again. If all the facilities are ok, the room is very clean and comfortable

the place is very strategic, near the beach just cross the road. the room is spacious, I ordered 4 adults even though there are only 2 adults, the rest are kids 5 years old and a baby. I deliberately ordered it so that the children would sleep comfortably on a wide bed. the swimming pool is clean, I got a room downstairs so I didn't have to go up and down with the kids, only toothbrush facilities, sandals are not available. have to bring your own. the parking lot is very spacious, my children feel at home because there is a swimming pool again. after the beach, we continued swimming again. so the vacation was satisfying. then I ordered a room that could accommodate 6 adults, everything is good, only in the bathroom there is no shower but there is a bathtub but I'm not satisfied with taking a shower without a shower. and there is no coffee/tea sachets either 😄 luckily I always prepare from home. I booked another room for 4 adults, because this room was originally used for family but BTTB there was a family matter that required me not to come. and it can't be refunded or rescheduled on the application either and I tried calling the office, asking for help in getting the money back. and they were willing to help even though the money wasn't returned in full if you calculate it 40%-50%, I forgot how much I bought it on the application. if I'm not mistaken it was around 1 million. but I'm happy with unibeach's service, they respond quickly, the staff are also friendly. btw, I booked 3 rooms for breakfast there were only 3 heavy menus fried rice fried noodles chicken porridge omelet watermelon tea coffee cracker. the variants are only that much, can't choose maybe the suggestion is for toothbrush facilities, sandals, just provide them. The breakfast menu has many variations, especially for kids who want to eat bread or cereal, there is none. Because hotels with prices below Unibeach always have facilities like that.

For the welcome drink, only 2 bottles of drink were provided even though there were four of us staying there.

The first time I stayed at this hotel around 2015, the amenities were still complete, sandals, toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste. The 2nd and 3rd times were also still complete, until the umpteenth time, the more I came here, the amenities decreased or even disappeared. Even though the hotel is very family friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bed is big, the bathroom is also spacious, it's just a shame that the amenities are no longer there. Overall, I'm always satisfied staying at UNI, because the distance to the beach is very close

The room is nice and clean, but it is very hot because the AC type is too small.

The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced, it's already yellow, the bathroom needs to be renovated.
