The room is very clean, but the AC is sometimes cold and sometimes not so good. The hospitality is friendly and fast, nice! Strategic location for out-of-town guests who have agendas at UNS.

the staff is friendly, then the condition of the room and bathroom is clean, hot water and all bathroom needs are met, for the food it's okay, it's also easy to public transportation such as BST and it's not too far from shopping and looking for necessities, I enjoyed in uns inn thanks

The hotel staff is friendly and nice, because we had to leave the hotel at 6 am, so breakfast which is usually at 6 am was moved forward to 05.30 am and was ready. The hotel is also clean and located in the UNS area.

with a rate like that, it's pretty good. just in the future to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and the food, especially the squid because it's so hard that you can't bite it, aka alot like rubber 🙏

Checked in at 18. Came in and wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water, not even warm water. Waiting for a long time to open the tap also doesn't get warm. In the morning the water still wasn't hot. Reported to reception, the service officer said he would come during working hours, 7 am.

It's quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast, the hotel is in the campus area so if there are activities at UNS it's nice, yesterday I asked for an extra bed but unfortunately the foam was too thin, so when I slept my back was hit by the middle iron and at breakfast no water was provided.
