Facilities are okay, cleanliness is okay. Only the room door from the inside is not added with an additional lock, only using a smart key, which means it can be accessed by anyone who has access. It is feared that unwanted things will happen, because they are human. Just a suggestion, add a double lock from the inside. Usually in hotels/homestays it is like that, there is double security from the inside.

What kind of hotel is this? We paid online. After arriving at the hotel, we have to pay for tax again. We feel lied to! This is the first time I have booked a hotel. After arriving at the Urbanview Don Juan Hotel, I was asked to pay for tax again. Not because of the value, but because I felt cheated by having to pay tax again on the spot. The proof is that I have uploaded a photo.

Asking extra charges before checking in, they said it was for vat but to my knowledge, hotel didn't necessarily pay for VAT (ppn11 %).
