Letak hotel cukup strategis karena berada di pinggir jalan dan dekat dengan berbagai tempat. Desain eksterior dan interiornya bagus, sesuai konsepnya industrial. Namun ada beberapa kekurangan yang saya alami saat menginap disini.
1. Saat mau check in, resepsionis kosong karena ketiduran katanya, padahal sudah dihubungi berkali-kali tapi tidak ada jawaban.
2. Tidak ada handuk, bahkan saat minta ke resepsionis diberikan 1 saja, katanya memang per-kamar hanya disediakan 1 (stok handuk sedikit).
3. AC tidak dingin sama sekali, bahkan sempat merasa kegerahan saat tidur.
4. Kasur dan bantal sedikit kotor.
5. Tidak ada cermin, tidak sesuai dengan gambar yang tertera.
6. Kotak tissue kosong, harus minta ke resepsionis.
Semoga dengan adanya review ini, pihak hotel ingin berbenah demi kenyamanan customer. Terima kasih.

The location is right next to the family's main house and also close if you want to play anywhere. It's also close to the market, it's easy to find a place to eat or have a coffee.

The location is quite strategic because it is on the side of the highway, but when I wanted to check in, it said there was no email from Traveloka if I stayed there on that date so I had to ask the app to resend the email to Urbanview. When I arrived in the room, the smell was very uncomfortable to the nose, the floor seemed not to have been swept because it was dirty, and the water heater was not working, there was no soap or toothpaste, there was only one towel even though it said there were 2 adults in 1 room. Hopefully in the future Urbanview Hotel Syariah Artamara can be better in preparing services and facilities.

This hotel has not yet been renovated, the walls and bathrooms are not neat and are still covered in cement marks. At 02-04 in the morning the PLN was turned off, the hotel had no backup generator for lighting and AC. Very hot, lots of mosquitoes and babies screaming. We all couldn't sleep and in the morning we weren't fit to continue our journey to Jakarta. Strategic location, car parking can accommodate 4-6 cars plus motorbikes. Good service.
